Location was perfect for exploring the city, you can less than 5 mins to the main square, 20min to both trin and bus stations. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the bar. Did not get a chance to use the facilities as ran out of time.

Our second time here. Brilliant location, just off the main square, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff, very clean and a unique pool and spa down in the cellar. I would highly recommend it. Nothing

The hotel was beautiful and the location was fantastic. Breakfast was great to get the day started, a swim in the pool after a day's sightseeing then an Old Fashioned cocktail in the bar to end the evening. Perfection.... We only had 2 nights......

Cozy hotel in excellent location with private parking facilities. Very clean room. Swimming pool and sauna are both great additions. Breakfast was tasteful with a good selection of food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room felt too basic - no coffee machine, old kettle, outdated hairdryer, small TV. Had to get bathrobes and slippers from reception for an extra fee.

Location was good. Parking was available but expensive at 25 euro per day. Breakfast was good value. Room was cold. Air-conditioning could not be switched off between 7am and 9pm.

Loved it!! At times breakfast staff can be less friendly. Front desk staff is great!!!

Hats off to the young gentleman at reception sorry don't know his name only been there a couple months. Very very helpful and friendly. Then of course, Nico and Frankie they are both stars and a huge credit to the hotel. Stayed here before and would stay there again. Great location and one of the best hotels in Brugge with an amazing history! Too be honest couldn't fault anything

The design of the rooms and recent renovations are relaxed and contemporary. Everything seems perfectly laid out and convenient The swimming pool area is a bit rustic and disappointing
