The location and the staff was very friendly. The price probably, was a little bit expensive, but everything was amazing, so we didn’t complain about it

When in Bruges I always stayed at another hotel. I have changed. Easy to drive to with close secure parking the owner directs you to. Large room with excellent reception. Very clean with an up-to-date bathroom. The shower is handicapped setup. Breakfast is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good restaurants and a pub very close. Good priced. Highly recommended. I will return.

The location The room was not clean at all

  • Engine customer Jan 2026

The location close to key attractions and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. What I didn’t like was that the hotel has no elevator, which makes it inconvenient to carry large luggage

The bedroom was spacious and the en suite bathroom also had plenty of room to move round in. The shower was very hot but the tiles were slippy and it needs a bath mat in there to prevent accidents. The tv had lots of channels if you wanted to watch them, as well as Netflix. The room was really well heated which was great because it was so cold out. Breakfast was self service and very pleasant, with lovely juice, coffee, croissants and eggs cooked to order. The location was excellent just a short walk away from the main restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely and so willing to be of service. The stairs. We had to carry a large suitcase up and down a steep, spiral staircase.

This property is well located a short walking distance from the market square. The rooms I have stayed in (3 in total) were all quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially given the high volume of tourists in this tourist oriented town. The property also has a lot of charm, not just a cookie cutter layout. Be aware that you may have to take your luggage up stairs

The location is perfect as well as the accommodations. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It felt like being at home.

Amazing hotel located in the city center and the staff was great and welcoming. Good breakfast and parking spot for our car!!

  • Engine customer Dec 2025

Our room was in the oldest part of the hotel and everything creaked and was somewhat tired.

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

Parking for car was right around the corner, and quite cheap. Rooms were great, and charming (so was the rest of the hotel). Breakfast was great, even had a person preparing eggs for everyone. And there was plenty to choose from. Location is fantastic. It is smack downtown near all the fine dining. Great Indian food is only 100 meters away, and there were plenty of other places for some good entertainment. I honestly can’t think of anything!

Great location, wonderful friendly staff, great breakfast

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

Room with AC and small outside private yard with table and chairs, very in the center, very attentive staff! No issue

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

The hotel has a good location nearby tourist spots. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast tastes good. No fridge in room.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Staff were exceedingly helpful and were willing to accommodate any requests that we had. Breakfast was incredible and the lady who handles it get an A+ grade. Loved the feel of the ancient house and the place couldn't be any more conveniently located to the center of town. Our room didn't have a shower, just a bathtub with a handheld shower head, but not surprising for a 500 year old building if you think about it. It forces you to take a soak in the tub, but I have to say, it was the best bath I have had in years! Perfect hot water temperatures and a nice large tub to sink into. I thought I would be just a few minutes and ended up spending over an hour just relaxing.

Location to everything is walking distance - we even walked to train station with our luggage. Staff and breakfast were amazing and so efficient and helpful. We loved it but people with mobility issues might have trouble with stairs.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Location was amazing, we stayed in separate, old building Narrow stairway, no hot water first day.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The owner of the place is not polite and did not help at all when asking for trip advice. Not recommended Breakfast was nice.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

Great location! Walking distance to everywhere. Very helpful staff. Included breakfast. Secure parking available. Beds were comfortable Our room was very noisy from the street outside even with the windows closed. It was hot enough that we wanted them open so even louder. There were no hooks for towels

Wonderful large room options that fit our family of four; incredibly kind and helpful staff; great location in the heart of Bruges. Steep spiral staircase may not be ideal for everyone
