Decent location, clean room. Hotel is average, ok but small rooms, normal cleanliness, but nothing extraordinary. Nevertheless, the hotel was extremely disappointing when it comes to guest service. It was my 5th time in Brugges, and I had never been treated like that. I had booked a “luxury room” and was staying with my wife and baby. During the reservation, I have mentioned that a crib would be potentially needed. Apparently, the hotel had sent me a message on booking information that the crib was going to be charged at EUR 25.00 - message I have never responded to affirmatively. Therefore, despite having the crib in the room, we never used it. Our baby has slept with us in the bed. At the moment of check out, I have informed the receptionist about it, as our baby did not use the crib, and that I never accepted the fees for the crib, as it was not necessary. She turned in a very aggressive manner towards me and my wife, saying that I should then have called and asked for the crib to be removed, and that EUR 25,00 / night would be charged and end of story. We were literally shocked, not because of the amount but because of the complete lack of customer centrism or reasonability. Extremely disappointed and shocked with this type of attitude. I don’t recommend the hotel.

No luggage help, no water supply in the room, the shower hadle is loose and kept falling. Though i reserved superior room however the room is small and tight

We enjoyed everything about the Hotel Aragon for our two night stay. Great location on a quiet street and walkable into the city center. Our luxury balcony room was quiet and large (with a view) and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic.

Great location and extremely helpful staff They claimed to have upgraded me to a luxury room from a superior room. If this is luxury I would have hated to see the superior. There was nothing luxurious about the room.
