Beautiful rebuild. Staff exceptional.

The room wasn't particularly small, and the bed was quite comfortable. The location isn't bad either, though the rooms facing the street can get a bit noisy at night due to drunk people walking by. The one disappointment was the refrigerator; it didn't get cold at all, so I couldn't chill any of the drinks I had bought. When I mentioned this to the staff, they simply remarked that it was an old fridge—implying they were aware of the issue but hadn't bothered to fix it. That explains it: I realized later that there were vending machines on the first floor selling drinks, including beer.

Housekeeping in the early morning before check out was making a lot of noise and one housekeeper came in our room by mistake in the middle of our sleep. The beds were a bit too soft to our liking.

* Good location (easy walk to anywhere in central Buges) * Good breakfast * Comfortable room * Excellent car parking right by the hotel. * We were "at the front" on the second floor - there was quite a bit of noise each night at a bar on the road outside. * Perhaps ask for a room which is not on the street though the view to the street was good. We were perhaps just unlucky on a couple of nights???

Rooms were great and it was in a great location. The staff was very nice.

I loved the location of the hotel, just one street over from a bunch of restaurants and bars, but far enough away where it was quiet. There were parking garage options for our car that weren't too pricey and we left it there to walk for the trip. The building and room itself was beautifully decorated. The rooms weren't uniform (older building) so some members of our group had rather small rooms/bathrooms and others had huge rooms/bathrooms for the same price. The staff is not on duty 24hrs, so any issues need to be sent to their customer service online.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel is in a perfect location. I found the bed and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom shower was great. I traveled in the winter and the heat worked perfectly. There is a lovely little pub across the street and a wine bar (Blend) next door. I would definitely book here again. The hotel bar closes which is fine, but I wish I had later access to the sitting area. It's a nice place to visit with others you are traveling with.

Well located, good value They charged us for one more breakfast even though we booked the double room with breakfast. Apparently, the booking only included 1 breakfast, not 2 even though the room was for 2 people.

Only observation is the door bathroom is not really a door (you can hear everything from outside)

This is a very nice and cozy hotel, located in a heart of Bruges. Rooms are very clean and spacious enough for such hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Breakfast has good selection of food and even couple different bottles of cava. It has near by paid parking. If arriving by car then be careful when you are driving to this hotel. Streets are narrow and full of people. Definitely recommend it ! N/A

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff were always friendly, greeted us, and provided so many recommendations. The rooms were appropriate in size and styled nicely. I would highly recommend staying here for so many reasons but most of all the location was PERFECT. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning a trip to Bruges.

The room was super nice, clean everything, could not be any happier. Staff was very helpful arranging a late check-in, even though we did make it before they 9 pm time. The location was also super good, like 2-3! minute walk to the the middle where the cathedral is. I would really recommend it.
