Breakfast was excellent. The bus just across the street was so convenient to get to train station. Our room didn’t have tea or coffee in the room. It was quite hot whilst in Bruge so it was a little uncomfortable at night as the heritage of the building doesn’t allow aircon but we were provided with a fan.

Nice big room overlooking the canals.Convenient, far enough from the hustle and bustle.Staff very friendly.Free pushbikes for use.Great cycle along the river to see all the windmills and begijn hof. We liked everything.We loved Brugge.Its gets really busy. If you want to drink a beer avoid the big squares.We paid €11 for a pint.Only the once though!

Staff and location were excellent! Just sad that we didn't use the bikes because of the rain The hose shower in the tub makes showering less comfortable, the toiletries were low quality, hairdryer could be updated as well

Great location for a stay, hotel is well looked maintained and very friendly and informative staff. Location of the hotel was only 10min walk away from the central city, and it is a nice walk with the view of the canals building surrounded.
