Good location and pleasant staff.Good breakfast. Nil

Very nice hotel, welcoming and efficient staff. Large and comfortable rooms, well furnished, and very quiet. Very nice breakfast with options for every taste. Far enough from the city center to be quiet, close enough to be comfortable walking distance. A tad expensive, but the whole city is so it would be unfair to single out this place ;) On weekdays, kids have outside activities nearby, it is quite noisy if you plan on sleeping in.

Beautiful place, helpful, friendly, competent and kind staff. Great breakfast, every item we desired and a lot of it. High quality, comfortable setting, and coffee machines making every cappuccino, espresso, latte etc... Delicious. Very relaxing, and so many room amenities! Huge room, spacious and peaceful japanese garden with a koi fish pond. Every detail, made to create a cozy relaxed atmosphere. The bathtub was a very welcome site to behold. Deep, modern and so amazing for us senior couples. Wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic. Barnaby one of the concierge staff, was so fun and engaging, with the bar staff, they were always helpful and smiling, which made the whole experience so much more memorable. Brugge itself was fun, beautiful, calm and peaceful. We'll definitely be back. Next time a week minimum. M and L? Not much except the pillows on the bed were too thick. Room AC stopped at 17° C, and the room key has a slot in the door, to put your room key in to activate lights etc... Keeps the electric costs down and is a very smart idea though. Just a heads up. In the evening there was not much to order room service wise. For persons with disabilities it can be very limiting on your options near the hotel, cabs were inexpensive and very knowledgeable and friendly. No microwave or refrigerator in the room, but we managed. Laundry availiwas scarce and a lengthy walk, time to wash at a nearby wassetette,(if they were not on holiday). The google directions were not aware of being closed for whatever reasons. Was a bit frustrating. Not enough affect our 9.6 out of 10 review from us!!!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and quiet (our room was at the back). The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Bruges along the canals. The hotel is situated in a quieter scenic area of Bruges. Bruges can get extremely busy so we were happy to be a little way out from the many tourists. It is easy to get the number two bus from the train station as the stop is 10 minutes away just opposite the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with different choices of continental and cooked foods. The hotel also served food in the evening but we chose to walk to the centre where there are many restaurants. After 5.00 pm most of the day tourists have left and Bruges is much quieter. This is the 'beauty' of stopping overnight in a hotel. I found the bed a bit uncomfortable. My husband found it very comfortable! Personal choice.

Our room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom—which was adapted—did not have an adequate curtain, causing water to spread everywhere. Additionally, there was a bad smell coming from the drain.

We got a renovated room, the hotel seems to be under renovation, the room was great, spacious, modern, nice toiletries, a great rain shower… the receptionist who checked us in was also very helpful! The pillows, they were extremely thick.

We were blown away by this pretty hotel in a tranquil and idyllic setting by the canal just a short walk away from the centre of Bruges. The staff were really lovely, the room spacious and comfortable with coffee and tea facilities and the breakfast was great. Highly recommended.
-
In the center, old building. The construction but that was needed. The view of the building was gone. It will be back though.
-
Unfortunately the sia facilities were not available (due to renovation).

buffet breakfast will almost everything you may dream of (no pancakes however but it is just a detail). Hotel very close from a direct bus from/to the station / North of Bruges along the main canal that brought goods to Bruges some years ago = very inspireful / close to the Sint Anna district = the most authentic one in Bruges / small and affordable brasserie inside the hotel a little bit pricey (room, parking) for the city, beds much too hard for us (but could be good for people that are fans of that)

I liked the staff the location

The hotel location was very good being just 10 minutes walk into the centre, very close to the bus stop, overlooking the canal, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Breakfast was plentiful with non-dairy milk offered as an alternative to dairy which was welcomed by us. The room was warm and the bed was extremely comfortable with good quality bedding and towels provided. Lounge and bar area very pleasant for relaxing at the end of the day. Staff helpful and always on hand. I appreciate that we are a minority, but a few more vegan options (such as sausages which are easy to stock at little cost to provide on request for vegan guests) would have enriched the breakfast experience for us, but despite this we were well fed every morning. Room decor was a little dated but this is a very minor detail that in no way negatively impacted upon our stay because the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The reception area was well stocked with general tourist information, but I feel that more info could have been on display for the specific seasonal Christmas attractions. Whilst the market place attractions and stalls needed no advertising, we were unaware of the market stalls in other locations or the light shows around the area.

Food for supper at the bar could have been better than what the menu offered.
-
Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well pointed. Breakfast was very tasty and healthy. View from the room was beautiful. No issues.
-
The front desk staff wasn’t pleasant
-
The accommodations were clean, but they are quite old, meaning that some things don't look great. That's the only real downside I see.
-
Easy walk to town center and a nice breakfast.
-
Clean nice and modern Whilst the hotel was modern and clean the general lighting in the hotel was very dark in the bar and adjoining areas making it feel dull and unwelcoming
-
Fantastic location, walkable to all the sights The staff were not very friendly
-
Parking prices are ridiculous
