It’s a small family run hotel, very clean & the owner & staff were welcoming & helpful. The location is quiet but only a short walk to the hustle & bustle of the centre.

The room was in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It was quite expensive for the size of the room and lack of service. The room was quite small and didn’t have many amenities, the fire alarm light and lights outside the room meant that I didn’t sleep very well. There was no hair drier in the room and not many amenities upon arrival.

Perfect location, you're walking distance from everywhere Staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations like walking tours, discount tickets, the Zot brewery etc We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment, but round the corner and up the road you'll find plenty of cafes. This hotel made the whole experience of a long weekend really enjoyable. Shower pressure was fantastic, room was regularly cleaned. I had a night fight with a single mosquito but that's my fault for leaving the window open in the room during the day - there is a canal on the other side of the hotel so just a heads up as it could have come from there. This only happened for a single night, and we had windows open otherwise. So I just got unlucky. Nothing to do with the hotel, cannot fault Genuinely if you want the best Bruge experience, this hotel will not let you down!

Buffet breakfast, continental style. Coffee, tea, juice. Cereal, toast, bread rolls, cold meats, selection of cheese and more. Good service. The bathroom could use a little updating and this was the only negative, which was livable for a short stay, but for longer would have been annoying.

The staff were very helpful and really friendly. The hotel was well located just a few minutes walk from the main square. Room was good the bed was very large and comfortable lots of pillow choice. The room seems small ish because the bed was big but that wasn’t a problem. Rather have a nice big bed than lots of unused space. Enjoyed my stay. I don’t get the breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Had to time my showers as the water went super hot and super cold due to use by others in the hotel.
