Room was clean and tidy but slightly dated. Staff were helpful If you have mobility issues this hotel is not for you. There is no lift Breakfast was only ok as there was no variety for 4 days was exactly the same each morning. If you were late some things had run out and were not topped up.

La ubicación This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The reservation said there would be stairs. They put me in an attic on the third floor of a horrible building that didn't have a reception, with stairs decorated with some tasteless photos. The room had a lowered ceiling, half of which we had to walk bent over (photos attached). The bathroom was clogged and had an unbearable bad smell. When we asked to change rooms to a lower floor, they rudely replied that I had booked on that floor and the change would cost 30 euros (I didn't book on the 3rd floor, I only knew there would be stairs). To make matters worse, when searching for a reservation at the same hotel on the day I was there, there was availability for 60 euros less than what I paid.(2days) Everything operated in the building next door. We had to check in and have breakfast there (it was another hotel). In short, aside from the breakfast, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I suggest Booking.com remove it from its reservation list.

The hotel was in an excellent location with a very enjoyable 15 minute walk to the centre. Breakfast and check in was in the Hotel Jacob. It was a continental breakfast. The room was good. The staff were all very helpful and helped us get a parking ticket on our first night and then advised where there was nearby free parking. The entrance hallway in the Asiris wasn’t very welcoming and made us wonder if it was ‘work in progress’. 49 steep steps to our room on the top floor and no lift.

This is NOT A HOTEL but a HOSTEL as of MAY 2026! they have no AC (but a ventilator from 90s in 30C degree in 2026!) no REFRIGERATOR, no RECEPTION no BREAKFAST HALL in itself; you have to pass across the street to have these! This place is an annex building with no one working, no refrigerator, no AC, no reception etc, you have to pass across the street to have breakfast etc, this is not A HOTEL BUT A HOSTEL!

It was really location, staff was very nice, breakfast also was good.

Nice breakfast and staff in the dining room. Peaceful location away from touristy area. Good shower pressure. No air conditioning and windows were difficult to have open with curtains closed, therefore room was too hot at night. Our door was open one evening when we returned from a day out. We had closed it that morning. Perhaps left open by a cleaner? This worried us! No clean towels were given until our 4th night (even though we asked for them earlier).

Location and quite surrounding. Staff was very nice. The room was clean but unfortunately to get there we had to walk through smelly entrance.

The hotel was perfect for us, the breakfast was great (it was in the hotel across the road) we were well fed for a full day out. Our room was on the third floor with no lift which might be challenging for some. The room good, very peaceful and a comfortable bed. All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again. There wasn't anything we didn't like

Wonderful stay at Hotel Asirís! The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location to explore Bruges. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Parking was a hassle but otherwise good hotel. Great breakfast. Staff could have been more helpful.
