Everything but the stairs leading down to our room. The AC worked very well. The whole place is nostalgic and grand. Staff was courteous and helpful. Parking space was available. We booked here mainly because it had an elevator. Then we were given a room with descending stairs to get to it, and stairs to step down into the room and stairs to step down to the floor of the room. the elevator didn't go to our room. That's the only complaint, it's a beautiful hotel otherwise.

I like the most is the room is really clean and cozy. The location is also perfectly situated near the main tourist spots. Also, since the bus route passes through that location, you can get off nearby. I will definitely recommend this property. The room in this hotel is well maintained, only one I noticed was when I am in certain parts of the room like near the window, I feel itchy - could it be a tick or bedbug bite? So don’t go near the window

Very spacious room on the upper floor. The room had a big bath but no separate shower. Only way to have a shower was to kneel in the bath and use the showerhose. Difficult to do this without flooding the bathroom.

The location was excellent for walking around the historic area of Bruges. Appreciated having bottled water replenished in room daily.

The location was perfect right. Close to the main square and right on the canal. The room was very comfortable and I loved all of the unique furniture. Nothing everything was perfect.

Lovely hotel and room - had a suite looking on to the canal with separate lounge area. All super comfortable. By Jan van Eyck square - 5 mins away on foot from the more hectic central square. A couple of bars and cafes right outside with excellent options for a drink or breakfast if not having it at the hotel. Right by the no 2 bus stop to the station which was about 15 mins away. When we return to Bruges definitely where we will stay.

Nice buffet breakfast. Very nice view of canal. Lovely "library" bedroom. Very close to center of Bruges. One front desk fellow was awful to everyone. All other staff so kind and generous with time and advice and service.
