The breakfast was great. Plenty of options. The room was clean. The shower leaks pretty bad. This is due to design flaw. The room also felt a little damp.

The staff was very nice and very friendly. The room was clean but VERY DIRTY! The floor was dirty. There was hair all over the sink and shower! It was very gross. There were stains on the sheets. The pool was very cloudy. The area around the pool was dirty and stuff all around it.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We found our ADA room with Roll In shower to be perfect for our needs. We had plenty of space to maneuver our daughter’s wheelchair around the room. The bathroom was large and we were able to maneuver the shower chair in there as well.

Perfect play to stay overnight. Staff is wonderful! We stay multiple times a year and have loved it each time!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our bedding was dirty on one bed and the floor was sticky from old mop water. Room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies. TV had poor reception and many channels didn’t work.
