Decent Property was fine, staff called ahead of check in and told me they didn’t have the room I booked available. Asked if I wanted a refund.

The front desk ladies at check in were wonderful! I talked to one of them the night before and she was so helpful. We left early in the morning (5:15am) and breakfast started at 6am. It smelt amazing! As we were leaving the new front desk lady said please take some muffins and cereal for the road! We were traveling with 3 kids ages 6 and under. Lots of restaurants around the area as well. Would recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

There was not one thing that was not excellent. Cleanest hotel I have seen in a long time. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Bowling Green KY
