I rarely give low ratings, HOWEVER……. Our room was not very clean, the property was not maintained, the office guy was rude, not helpful at all, and the worst part was the late night noise. Every room except ours on our side of the building, both upstairs and down, was apparently occupied by workers. They were congregated outside the room next to us, drinking and carrying on. (Our room was in the center of the building.) I called the office at 11:30pm and was told that he would go talk to them, but the noise continued for another hour. The next morning there were several boxes of empty beer bottles sitting outside the door of the room beside us. What’s worse… when checking out, the office manager refused to make things right. Plus… he charged me for two nights when I was only there one and refused to refund the second night. This place is disgusting with little to no customer service rude staff and definitely WAY OVER PRICED!! They made it very obvious that they do not care about their customers!! Stay away at all costs!!

I reserved and paid for my non refundable room through Expedia with the assurance of NO additional fees When I arrive the rudest man informed me I would need to produce a credit card for an additional charge of $50 that I would get refunded upon departure . I questions the attendant , I relayed that I was assured no charges would be required . He provided vague and inconsistent or reasonable answers . Quite frankly that is why I use expedia , to avoid providing my information to potential questionable establishments or their employees . I was told if no damages were done I would receive my $50 at my checkout . This was the only information I was provided . Something that had NEVER been required of me at a respectable hotel and I have stayed all over the world . I was not provided where to find the WiFi code , not location of ice machine or even stairs and my “ room “ was located upstairs .. I had to search for a set of stairs which were not near my room , there was no elevator .. if there was one I could not locate it not was I told . I was not told if when or where breakfast / food was available ( included or for purchase ) . I checked in after 9pm and the room smelled unpleasant , it was as thought they sprayed disinfectant in the air in leu of cleaning the room. The microwave had NOT been cleaned and the bed was as hard as the floor . I have stayed at Hilton, clarion, Marriott ,Holiday Inn, and Drury inns that didn’t cost me what this “ bad dream “ cost

Everything was fun it was clean but the mini fridge and microwave did not work

room service was horrible, they did not come to clean the rooms any of the days.

Room was fine. The staff was banging on my door prior to check out time to clean my room. Then was in my room cleaning it the minute I stepped out. It was really obnoxious.

Staff was horrible and they over charged on deposit an tried keeping it also gave other customers a very hard time and overpriced they room and they where elderly

Room and property were clean and this motel is located close to lots of food options. My traveling partner ran out of hot water during his shower but I had no issues. The cleaning staff took our used towels but never brought fresh ones. The TV in the room was very small and there was something wrong with the sound, sounded kind of like a blown speaker making it annoying and difficult to watch. The mini fridge in our room did not work which was also annoying. Overall it wasn't a terrible stay - you get what you pay for - but I doubt I would return to this motel in the future.
