No hot water, no water pressure. I wasn’t able to wash my hair the two nights we were there to do the pressure of the water or the lack of water that would come out of the faucet. Spoke with Lady at the front desk. Well, she said we’re booked. That’s not a problem for the customers. It’s a problem on the hotel to make sure they have plenty of hot water and plenty of water pressure. My third time staying there and probably my last time.

Clean, convenient, nice breakfast and affordable. Some outlets didn't work, time for water to heat up was more than 5 minutes and then it was too hot. A lamp didn't work and the mattress on the sofa bed had some holes on it.

Very close and handy to amenities. The door deadbolt not latching in, secondary lock screws were lose. We were concerned of our safety but reassured of safety by staff considering we were visiting the place. Other thing is the water pressure in the room very slow.

The rate was great! The room size was great! Our shower was broken and they have issues with their hot water heater. I did not like as a grown woman being scolded by staff for peering in the breakfast area. We had 2 broken lightbulbs. Maintenance disturbed us early in the morning although I said it could wait until after our departure. The room could use a good deep clean...spider and hair in the shower...rest of the room not so great.

Convenient location, price was reasonable. Layout of the rooms was conducive to family life Felt dated and somewhat dirty. Beds and pillows not very comfortable. Lots of the walls and furniture had damage. Lighting was not very good

Breakfast was good. There was waffles , cereal and eggs. I think we missed the bacon or what meat they may have had as there was none. The coffee was hot and fresh. The ladies kept the food area clean and stocked. I wish they had some fruit and pastries at the breakfast area. But we certainly managed with what they had. The swimming pool was cold so be prepared if jumping in!

The location was good and we have stayed here in the past. This stay, the property has deteriorated. The furnishings in our room were all banged up and dirty. Our room had other people’s hair all over the bathroom floor. Our coffee pot was missing parts so that we couldn’t make coffee in the morning. Went to the lobby to get help with that but there was no one around.
