"We're full"- teenage slob behind the desk. Congratulations. I have a reservation. "we dont have any rooms" BUT I RESERVED A ROOM. DO YOU HAVE MY R E S E R V A T I O N? " uuuu......ummmm.......yeah" THEN WHERE IS MY ROOM? "uuuhhh.. we're full" Oddly enough, exhausted from a lengthy drive and stranded with a meanigless reservation for which I'd paid, I got angry at this abuse. MORVIN- the young slob behind the desk sensed that he'd screwed up and lept into action to rectify the situation......wait, no, actually, two of his fellow juvenile clowns joined in the abuse while MORVIN called the police. I was ID'd escorted from the hotel that had screwed me over and had to pay double to sleep at the Holiday Inn nearby. Hoping to get some explanation, apology, compensation, I went back to Extended Abuse America to speak to a manager. The same foul mannered idiot who yapped at me while MORVIN called the police was on stage next morning. "You have to leave or I'll call the police" These aggresssive juvenile halfwits are all I'm expected to deal with while no adult is accessible to deal with the mess THEY CREATED. N E V E R A G A I N.

the room was not properly cleaned, the staff was not at the desk several times while i needed assistance, there is no ice machine or ice tray in my room, the bathtub had debris and hair (that was not mine) in it. there was no trash can in the bathroom. i’ve traveled a fair amount and this is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at, regardless of the price. I cancelled the rest of my 3 day trip after one night and checked out immediately in the morning.

They charge less so you get less frills. Not much of a breakfast. It is in an a quiet area which is good.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!!!! The people staying there are a different level and we had safety concerns.

Property is very run down and the room was not clean. I would not have stayed more than one night. The pull-out couch was disgusting and not usable.

Very rude and not very helpful staff. Marginal cleanliness. Slept in until 11:15 on check out. Front desk attendant pounded on our door and then had proceeded to unlock the door, which is a complete invasion of privacy. Would not stay here again. Have not experienced service this poor before.

Room was outdated

Place was not even close to what it shows in the pictures. There was roaches in the room hair in the tub. Not recommended

The property was ok, but good for the price. The room was large but out of date. There were some cleaning issues as well-my sink was clogged, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time with the amount of gunk built up. The area behind the toilet was either dirty or leaking. The shower and counters had stains. The couch had some pretty gross stains as well. The bed, however, seemed new and sheets were clean. The pillows smelled iffy so I didn't use those. Safety while in the room was fine-locks worked and it seemed secure. However, the exterior doors were propped open the whole time. That was a little alarming. They do have key card access for the doors but they were either taped so they wouldn't lock or propped open by a rock. The breakfast was supposed to be "grab and go" but nothing was out when I looked. There was coffee. Even with all these factors, it was a good deal for the price paid.

The young man at front counter that checked me in was professional and polite My room had a bad odor, which I was able to get rid of with a candle. The walls had chipped off paint in some areas and tub/shower was damaged. The tub was overall just rough, can’t explain it. The tub looked to have mold stains that weren’t cleaned or either couldn’t be cleaned so I brought some bleach to do my own cleaning.

2 fire alarms went off over the night
-
There was no mattress on the pullout couch, they had no pillows, sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. Also we had to evacuate the Hotel twice at 2 amd 4 am for a fire alarm issue.

Passable
-
Door was broken and it was dirty in the room also it had small roaches. Immediately cancelled.

Floor was disgusting. Used about 10 towels as rugs. Fire alarm went of at 11pm in our room for no reason. Not a hair dryer in the facility, so had to run to nearest Target. I can deal with dated rooms, but they should at least be cleaned. Poor Roger, only person there working. He was great, everything else was not.

Nothing. Smoke detectors were disabled and thrown in closet. Bathroom door had a large hole from the door handle been cut out. Windows were left open and had no screens. Entry door missing striker plate exposing bent door frame that would snag and making entering and exiting a challenge. They advertise breakfast which only consist of granola bars and coffee. Also, fire alarm kept going off all night. Bathroom ceiling covered in black mold.

The rooms definitely need upgraded. The bathtubs were chipped and the cabinetry was older too. Daughter slept on the sofa bed and that mattress had seen better days! Good to just sleep though!
-
Smoke detectors malfunctioned our first night and rang two different times causing disruption of sleep and going outside in the middle of the night.

3am wake up with the firearm going off because the back up in the sprinkler room.
