We were traveling and searched Expedia for “pet friendly” and this hotel came up.. Being nearby we booked the room. Upon arriving less than 30 minutes after booking the girl at check-in informed us that they only allow service animals. Our 20 pound doodle is not. We never checked in or even started the process. We did not receive a refund from Expedia. The room was booked for maybe 30 minutes. From the lobby the hotel looked nice.

I was kinda nervous based on the reviews, but I took a chance and I was pleasantly happy with our booking. The staff was very friendly, you could also request that your room be cleaned if the housekeepers were still there. The breakfast wasn’t spectacular, but I was thankful they at least had it. The pool was nice and it was clean, I know some of the reviews said it wasn’t so I was thankful that it was this time. Definitely will stay here again.

In the shower.. it was slippery. They need to put something on the floor of the tub , so it wouldn't be so slippery.

Nothing Towel bar fell off the wall, mold on the walls in the bathroom, floor outside of bathroom was buckled and raised, carpets hadn’t been scrubbed/cleaned in a long time, towels smelled

In the 2 days I was there never once saw a housekeeper. The continental breakfast is to be desired

Th bathroom was not cleaned properly. The toilet paper and the soap in the bathroom were used prior to us getting there.

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was warm and great for the kids. The continental breakfast was delicious and everything was clean and tidy in the eating area. We would definitely stay here again.

Floor needed cleaning in the rooms. A lot of the furniture had chips out of the wood

The staff was friendly. The room and bedding smelled musty and some of the towels were stained/discolored. Hotel was quiet and not very full during our stay so parking was plentiful.

Pool is small with no hot tub,staff is confusing on phone and there were hidden charges not mentioned,ants in bathroom and centipedes in pool. Shampoo and conditioner in tub area were empty. Adjoining room lock was broken.TV remotes needed new batteries. Finding laundry facilities were like going on a maze and dryer needed ran 3 times to dry.
