bathroom door didn’t fully shut.. did not provide any privacy whatsoever, a/c wasn’t functioning so the room was somewhat warm throughout the duration of our stay.

Several specific issues severely impacted our comfort and overall experience: Subpar Breakfast: The complimentary made-to-order breakfast is a hallmark of the Embassy Suites brand. Unfortunately, the quality and selection during our stay were highly disappointing and did not live up to the standard I am used to experiencing at your other properties. Closed Pool: A major reason we selected this property was for the pool facilities. Upon arrival, we were informed it was closed for maintenance. While I appreciate that staff offered access to a sister property’s pool, traveling to an entirely separate hotel is an inconvenient and frustrating alternative for a family looking to relax on-site. Poor Housekeeping Standards: Room cleanliness was entirely lacking. We actually had to explicitly request that someone come and clean our room. When housekeeping did finally arrive, the job was poorly executed, leaving the room feeling neglected. When booking a stay with Embassy Suites, I expect a seamless, premium experience. Instead, this stay felt like a constant compromise.

If you’re going through a third-party, all the information might not be correct. I booked this hotel because of a swimming pool and when I got there, the hotel was under renovation and the pool was out, and the third-party took care of me halfway and the hotel has not even reached back out to me.

I liked how the newly renovated rooms looked. My children enjoyed having a separate space to watch TV in our suite. We were disappointed that the pool was still under construction.

Room was clean. Pool was closed so I wish that would have been stated in the listings. Hotel was being remodeled. Staff was so so. Not overly friendly but helpful enough. Didn’t eat breakfast there

As of now the hotel is under renovations. Although it appeared the room was renovated out sink was stopped up the entire stay. I told the staff and his reply was everyone is having the same issue. I believe once the renovations are done it would be nice but the front desk staff was not friendly at all.
