The hotel is spotless but my issue was being given the wrong room number so I was walking through half the hotel with my baggage. Also the parking for the hotel isn’t included in the price. You literally have to pay for parking… on parking in the hotel property. Why am I still paying for parking?

Super friendly front desk staff and fun pool area for young kids! Only disappointed by how small the breakfast was, no eggs or protein options just sugar cereals and treats.

Check in staff was nice. Room was typical. Breakfast was beyond basic, I had to go buy my family breakfast, which defeats the purpose of booking a hotel with breakfast. We encountered an issue during the evening. We had a large group needing a place to eat takeout together. Front desk told us to eat in the cafe. Halfway through eating, a different staff (manager?) told us we weren’t allowed to eat there and we needed to move everyone to the pool area now. MN food regulations- okay… he was very rude about it. When I tried to talk to a manager/get the staff members name the following day, the person at the desk was not helpful.

Our check in was delayed as the room wasn’t ready at standard check in time. The property had long term residents staying there so people were hanging out in the halls, on the stairs and outside the doors. There was trash scattered all over the parking lot. The free WiFi was a joke, just spinning to connect and you had to register for Wyndom rewards to log on. They charged an extra fee for upgrading your WiFi connection. Definitely will not stay again

Room was comfortable but the plumbing was slow in draining of the sink and tub....the jacuzzi had no jets or they weren't working at the time....staff was fab!

Great experience overall. Great hotel and staff and great location. We easily walked to the Mall of America. Only negatives: the hot tub was out of order and I was caught off guard by the fact that I had to pay for parking. But overall great stay for a great price. We'll definitely be there again!

Great hotel, walking distance to the Mall of America. We had a flight to catch but the staff was very helpful in securing us a shuttle and allowed us to park in their lot cheaper than the airport fees.

Location is perfect— across the street from MOA. Bathroom fan was broken in our room/- Hot tub closed as well as work out facility.

Super convenient location for the mall and the airport. Shuttle is available to both for free. Good pool for kids. The gym was shut down though which wasn’t indicated on the website or Expedia so that was irritating.

Walking distance to Mall of America. It was clean, comfortable and indoor swimming pool. Pay $10 for overnight parking.

Mouse poop on my bed, no one wore the wrist bands for the pool and no one watching their kids, hot tubs full of kids and Luke warm. Breakfast horrible and the cafe wasn’t open to order room service, no response from front desk. Honestly a horrible experience. Supposed to be a full service hotel and everything was horrible. I wish I could get a refund
