Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bloomington at Mall of America, MN

This is my second stay within a year and as always, the Christiana and Darius gave amazing customer service at the front desk they made sure both of my reservations and things that was needed for my family and I we had. The rooms were clean the breakfast was great and staff was the whole time there was wonderful and very informative about restaurants and other cites to see. Will most definitely be coming back for my next stay to do more exploring of Bloomington, Minnesota and downtown Minneapolis

Very nice

Location was great. Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was okay. Bed and pillows could be better. There was a drunk guy at the back parking lot by IHOP when we were loading our car for check out. He approached us and started yelling at us which was unnerving and scary. My husband moved the car to the front so we could finish loading and we told the hotel staff about it. We left so I’m not sure what happened afterwards.

Overall nice and great location. Front desk staff were friendly and my suite was fantastic. Some garbage was left in my room from previous users, but that’s not a big deal.

Breakfast was good with lots of options. Close to mall of America- 5 minute walk! On demand shuttle service to airport

was great. Eggs done well and coffee good. Location was fine although tough to get into lot the first time. Room was large and spacious. Bed comfortable and extra sheets nice. Construction in area made entrance hard to find.

Close to moa

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, hot and plentiful. Was unable to use the pool and the hot tub.

Nice property walking distance to MOA. Close to light rail terminal.

Good breakfast. GREAT location. Friendly helpful staff. I will book again next time i find myself in the area. Rooms could use updated, but we're clean and comfortable so no complaints here!

The location, pools and restaurants were all awesome! The front desk staff were amazing, but the breakfast staff were a bit rude.

Great location, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

This is my third or fourth time staying here for early flights and to take advantage of the shuttle. It is very quiet, the room was spotless, check-in was seamless with a couple chocolate chip cookies to boot! I left early before breakfast so I can't speak to that. It was great to have both IHOP and TGIF directly connected for a choice of supper the night before.

The room

Our room wasn't ready when we try to check in and somehow our room was for a handicap person so we requested a different room and were told No other rooms available. Our stay was only for one night so we decided to stay but when we got to the room and sad down we can hear the laundry room machines going and was bumping the walls. I went to the front desk to ask for another room because my husband has PTSD( he is Veteran), we were told that there is nothing they can do. So we decided to booked a room at a hotel next door. When we turned in our key, then they told us that they can put us on the 3rd floor. We told them thank you and walked out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. It's so close to MOA you can walk. Parking is free. The breakfast is hot and tasty. They also have cereals for those that don't want a hot breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here many times and will continue to stay there. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.
