Breakfast was fantastic! Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here again!

We stayed for 4 days and for 3 of those days the wifi didn’t work the phones didn’t work the TVs didn’t work and you have to use your phone in the lobby or outside. There was no cleaning done past the first day and even when we had no towels I asked for some and was told by a cleaning woman who took the towels to go ask the front desk. When going down to the front no one was present so I just bought some from Walmart.

I had stayed in the other side of the property the night before. I wasn’t disappointed with like I thought I might have been. I had to remind the front desk clerk that I was entitled to bottle of waters as a special member. This has just occurred with the customer in front of me.

Catering to the traveling public you would think that they would want to make sure that breakfast was served for early departures. A simple cold breakfast would be enough like a protein bar or something similar that could be picked up for example at 0400. Otherwise, this is a good place to stay.

The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from.
