Kevin was more than welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Nice clean room with good sized bathroom, towels and complimentary shower wash and shampoo. Tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds. Breakfast wonderful, full English, cereal, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, fruit juices. The whole shebang!! Wayne was so pleasant and helpful. A thoroughly enjoyable experience. Thankyou.

Breakfast was a great addition every morning of our stay and the location of the hotel was perfect as local to all attractions around the area which made where we were staying better The pillows in the room where very hard but I know that is more a personal choice so some people might like that, also had to go and buy our own toilet rolls and milk and also some sugar as this was not topped up in the room on a daily basis like it said on the website, it said it had bar but we were not sure if it was operating as we were not informed about it as the only time we saw staff was at breakfast but was not mentioned at check in. The bedroom was cold as the heating was not working and was not told how we could get it working and there seemed to be no heating in the hotel at all, also got disturbed by fire alarms going off early morning with no explanation as to why, but they did apologise for this.
