The bed was comfy but that was about it Everything apart from the bed, there was no towels or toiletries, not even any toilet roll

Its location The pictures on booking.com are all false, inside looks nothing like that, our room was mouldy and damp, no blinds on the windows, sink was falling off the wall, no management available, room keys just left at bottom of stairs for pick up and drop off, toilets and ahowers were disgusting and a dog running around inside and my sons room had a large dog bowl full of dog food sitting on their bed when we first opened the door absolutely disgusting

There was.nt any breakfast The shared toilet in the hotel by my room was locked it was freezing no blinds up the windows it was a disgusting place it needed shutting down

The location is perfect, central to everything. It’s very dated, and needs lots of work doing to the property.

Nothing at all if it was not raining we would have gone somewhere else toilets and shower realy dirty rubbish left in shower window in room would not shut mold every where Nothing

Nothing When we arrived we was told that we could no longer stay here as the guy who took the bookings had over booked but forgot to cancel on booking.com the day before we arrived it spoilt our night in Blackpool as we was freezing running round looking for a place to stay but with it being bank holiday it was very hard. We did end up finding another B&B but it wasn't the best it was freezing in rooms, tiny and had a horrible smell and we had to pay a extra £150 for this..
