Owners were incredibly friendly. Room was stunning, very clean and was really big, had plenty of room for the three of us! Had a lovely little gift bag on arrival and owners were very accommodating, thank you!

just come back from our second stay at galaxy, the owners are so friendly & welcoming, its right in the centre of blackpool close to town, coral island & tower, fridge in every room was a bonus too ! a welcome gift bag & christmas bag of cookies on arrival....so sweet ! we love it here. would highly recommend

Staff make this hotel, Kenny and his partner are lovely and very accommodating Room was clean and bright, nothing was too much trouble. Bed was a little hard but that is purely personal preference. Would definitely return.

Excellent location right near the tower, Coral Island, and seafront, comfy bed room clean, friendly host. No breakfast room,but that was made clear in the booking but there's many places nearby to get breakfast so not a problem.

Staff are always so welcoming and friendly and it's a really great little hotel in the perfect location. There was a stain on the duvet cover.

Nothing was too much trouble for Kenny, lovely man little goodie bag on arrival and he carried our bags up to the room. The room was ample for our stay very quiet comfy bed and lovely and warm N/A
