Location Bathroom stunk of mold. Bedbugs in the mattress. Weak wifi. No offer to clean room, change towel or sheets in 8 days. Complained about smell, they never even came to check. Broken furniture.

The hotel was fine nothing spectacular but worth the money! It is situated a street away from the main street in blackpool so 5* just for that alone! I didnt want anything fancy i have two kids so we just need somewhere safe to stay and relax when needed :) this was perfect for just that. We were upgraded when arrived so was delighted with that! It was myself and two kids so we were given a room with 3 beds instead of two :) which meant i did’nt need to share with one of my kids all week :) staff were friendly and were happy to help when we needed :) 5* for the staff :) overall would go back to stay there again :) Would be nice to have a cooked breakfast, but they dont do that here, which obviously i knew about before i booked it, so its no fault of thiers at all. Maybe would be good to leave an extra bin bag in the room for people staying, other than that we were happy with everything :)

Location

Raj and Ash was very friendly, the room was comfortable a little small though, the location was fantastic, we had a great time
-
Absolutely nothing.
-
Very close to the front and beach Mix up with rooms which left us in room of 4 bunkbed double bottom single top an then had have another bed added to room to pull out when wanted sleep which blocked getting out the bunk an to the toilet

Nothing Greeting was a joke, the person was in bed clothes and didn't have a clue what was happening until the manager turned up ten minutes later. The place smelt so bad and the room was horrendous. The room number 1 was dingy dark and smelt so bad we couldn't even bring ourselves to stay in it . Wasted our money and ended up driving home. What an absolute hole!

Advertised a bar but never seen it open.

The beds were comftable and location was good ? Was told we would have a room with a view we didn't all we could see was next doors window so had to keep blind shut the bathroom was very small and the sink was tiny and didn't drain properly so brushing teeth and having a wash was a nightmare the shower was very unreasonable poor condition and in disrepair so wasn't able to use as was worried it would break for the money I had spent on the room I wouldn't stay again no staff available only via mobile reserved parking when arrived was told no parking available and had to sort it ourselves heating in room there was a radiator but no thermostat so was cold at night especially as we were there in late November b&b smelt musky and damp

Had a fantastic stay here, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. We at a large family with 2 teens and 2 younger children as it was the 2 youngest’s first time staying in a hotel as you can imagine they was very excited. The owners went above and beyond to make it a special experience for them and the rest of the family. I did have 1 issue with our room but the owners didn't hesitate to correct the problem and was very accommodating for our needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be returning very soon. Would be lovely to have a communal room to relax in, giving somewhere for children to play also a bonus of giving the option to get together with other hotel residents, with that it would of made it perfect.

Rooms really small.double bed was broken (bend down from middle.
-
The outside looks very run down, the blinds in the room were broken, would not recommend for more than one night as the room was small, but overall if you just want a base for one night it's ideal

Plenty of hot water, 3 minutes walk to tower, coral island, and all north shore attractions, very attentive owner, surprisingly quiet on two of the most packed out nights in Blackpool I have ever seen, ( fireworks finals) Price was brilliant, and above all ,,,, what a breakfast !!! Served to the room,, outside normal breakfast hours, ,, proper bacon and sausage sandwich, cereal, and fresh chilled orange juice for only £3.00 ??? Seriously ! Just go for the breakfast !! Cheap basic hotel, but satisfied all needs, if you expect the Ritz , and then demand your pocket change back that this place costs , you can only be a professional whiner. No complaints
