Absolutely everything! After enduring a rough few months, I just needed a quick getaway for me and my children. This property was exactly what we needed! Spacious, homely, comfortable and clean, so amazing we extended our stay an extra night! Nothing at all!

Location and price. Ideal for one night Noisy guests in next room although no fault of owners.

Location okay. Filthy. Hair all over beds. Bugs on the pillow case. Make up on the pillows. Bobbles and hair clips on the floor so not even been vaced. I messaged regarding this after the stay and the message I received was abrupt so had no choice but, to write a bad review because, they obviously haven’t listened to advice.

Location to the winter garden for event. The area is generally run down though but we knew that. No hot water, no heating in bathroom or kitchen, no central heating so told to use plug in heaters provided (there are 3 provided for 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and lounge so multiple rooms cold. Beds uncomfortable and springy. General decor very poor standard of finish. No fire as indicated in pictures.

Spotlessly clean, warm and well equipped. Would definitely stay again. Our only real criticism is that there is no fridge freezer in the apartment, only a fridge, which didn’t really bother us as we were only staying the 1 night, but Mabie wouldn’t be ideal for a family staying longer.

I stay here a lot . I find the self service check in and key from key box,brilliant. The staff are there if you need them on phone. The rooms quiet and great value for money The only thing ,would love a small table lamp ,but other than that ,nothing
