Stayed here because it was close to the hospital. Very nice rooms and clean. The only thing is it had a weird smell to it when turning on the AC. Other than that very nice place.

The location The 1st room the TV didn’t work there was water in the fridge and the ac didn’t work correctly with the phone having issues. Had to request a new room and the new rooms bed was noisy and we would roll to the middle of the bed as there was a dent

Clean and updated shower that was a walk in shower.

We had an amazing stay at this motel! After traveling extensively from Chicago to Texas, we didn't expect such a hidden gem. The place was incredibly clean, minimal, and beautifully maintained — it truly exceeded our expectations. The warmth and comfort we felt made our trip even more special. If you're looking for a spot that's both simple and spotless, this is definitely the place to stay. Highly recommended

We were under the impression that the suite was a non-smoking room....it was not and had a strong stale cigarette smoke smell. There were cigarette burns in the blanket. The bed was on a metal box frame so all movement was accompanied with a banging noise. Overall the room was clean and the jacuzzi tub was nice, however the building is nothing like what is pictured.

The shower in the bathroom was amazing as well as the jacuzzi. We had a long day of walking and this jacuzzi helped our muscles. We could both fit in it comfortably. We are both 6 feet tall.

It was one of the nastiest hotels I been in. Smelled, had dirt all under edge of bed. Just a very bad experience. Wouldn't resist all!!! $93 and not worth $40 I didn't like anything about this place. Looks better outside than inside for sure.

The drive there was the only likable thing. Everything I didn't like. Dirty everything. Couldn't even take a shower, sleep, or unpack. It was just so disgusting along with getting my booking and accommodation horribly incorrect. Left the next morning.

Staff was friendly, helpful and considerate. Management was great. They listened to us and help us on a daily basis. That we had to say our goodbyes when our time was up to move to another location.

Room was really nice. Requested non smoking, but room smelled strongly of Marijuana smoke.

Clean, quiet enough, basic room. Decent bed, hot shower. Decent price for the area.

Trash and drama like most 2 star motels and hotels especially in the Houston area including Harris and Chambers Counties. Consistently these hotel brands throughout my domestic travels are owned and operated by people from a certain part of the world in which I travel and have students live and were born there. But these hotels have rude and impersonable staff and they use almost nonEnglish speaking employees from the Latin community to do the cleaning etc. I talk to the workers in every hotel and motel of 2 star hotels and discovered that they are underpaid and sometimes working illegally. Alot of these hotels and motels take and over charge the elderly and disabled that are homeless and use their entire government benefits to pay for their room. Most and almost everytime they were starving and when I gave them food ..the hotels and motels call the police. So the police tell me that the clerk said I did no wrong they just don't want me back. Alot of these hotel booking apps advertise things and the hotels and motels don't comply. Stay tuned I will give my full detailed report with names and dates and addresses etc online through my humanitarian aid nonprofit public profile sites... Like Be Ye Holy International Church on YouTube and Instagram and Facebook as well as the blog at www.4u2overcome.com. please just pay like $20 or so more for a 3 star or higher hotel. It's worth it. My undercover investigation is complete now on what's oppressing the elderly, disabled,poor

The people do not clean and the cover was not wash daily like like they post to do daily cleaning The cover was nasty the clean ladies was lazy please I'm telling you for your own good it's not a great place to stay But if you like nasty and dirty that's your place

Beds were dirty, towels were dirty and had hair on it. Floors were dirty. Drawers kept opening by itself. When I asked for clean towels, I had to go down and get them.

Not worth the room charge... Way way over priced. Otherwise, a good choice if you arejust passing through or a quick one or two day stay.

No Breakfast

The tub was pretty nasty when we arrived. That’s about it.. we only stayed that one night.

The hotel is great, room is clean and comfortable. The smoke detection device was making noise due to out of the battery at midnight though, the staff at front desk was nice and polite to help us. Will come back again!

It was a good get away

The bed was horrible, it was too high and way too hard. The room they gave me was not finished being cleaned so I had to wait and I’m not really sure if the sheets were changed to be honest on one of the beds.

The pillows were so overstuffed I had to replace it with a rolled-up towel. The "breakfast consisted of coffee, OJ, cranberry juice and day old packaged buns with bananas. All in a 12' by 12' room with three chairs total for everyone.

I didn't like how I wasn't worked out a deal or SOMETHING being that I was already charged but ended up working late to were I didn't have a WHOLE night in the room which was bs

Toilet had issues with flushing. Ceiling light didn’t work. Not fixed during my stay. Room smelled moldy. Worst of all Bed Bugs......... got bit on last night. Won’t be back. Also location is in undersirable part of town.

It was nice and cozy, a little loud from the surrounding traffic.

Rooms made it feel very homey with table and two chairs, fridge, microwave, suitcase bench, desk, and full length mirror. Blow dryer was new and worked properly. Most of all, front desk was very warm and friendly and always kind!

Greatly impressed with how clean the outside was...not one piece of litter in the parking lot...no butts, no scrap paper, no weeds growing in the cement, not even any leaves...just very pleasant surroundings. Room was spacious and only thing I did not like was lumpy pillows. Breakfast was truly continental , with choices for muffins, a big Texas cinnamon roll, fresh fruit and two juices and all needs to be taken back to room. Staff was always friendly. Place was quiet even though on major street. I would recommend this place highly.

Great spot only con is the hot tub needs some improvement but other than that love booking here!

The Hotel can get a few upgrades but it was good.i did not like that the parking lot is crowded.

Owner/Clerk, could not get my Mastercard to accept. Gave up, I paid with my personal card. Not very customer friendly. I used my businees card later that night to buy dinner and gas. Hotel was noisey, guys standing by there service trucks talking loud and drinking beer. I never seen or heard management come out and say a word. Won't stay here again

Was comfortable and clean

Front desk was very rude. Didn't greet me just said to wait he was not ready. He was telling another customer very rude that he needed to understand that there was no refund for cancellation. I just sat down and called Hotels.com to cancel reservation and they gave me a full refund.. Thanks to them I was able to book at Quality Inn Garth rd who were very nice.

Couple who own it are very polite and friendly. Clean place, newly painted. Bed had a new mattress and sheets were clean. A/C worked great! Great water pressure and hot water! Zero complaint. Would definitely stay again!

Always stay here when in the area. Updated, clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient to lots of shops and restaurants.

Bed was full of small black bugs. In addition roaches roaming the room. The room wase big and spacious. Cleaning staff was excellent.

Good hotel for the money

The hotel was safe, clean, and comfortable. My only issue was the check in lady. Her attitude was not the best.

I have rated this hotel previously and given it very good marks. It is clean, quiet and comfortable for a budget hotel. However, I was somewhat disappointed during this stay. It is still clean and relatively quiet, but my room did not have any hot water when I needed it for a morning shower. (Nothing like a cold shower in cold weather to get you're morning started off badly!) When I mentioned this to the manager during check-out, I received no apology.....just a promise that they would check in to it.

I was there for my father's funeral. The room was well insulated, and so i was able to be alone with my thoughts when needed, and not have the sounds of the city intruding upon me.

My fiancée and I check in on Friday with no problem and stayed the weekend we had no complaints the weekend was very peaceful. I would love to go stay again

The room was clean and well kept. Check in and check out was prompt and efficient. My only complaint is the lighting inside the room. Although there were 3 lights in the main area, they were low watt bulbs and provided for little light. When all the lights were on it felt like I was in a dungeon.

We had a room with two beds in the back second floor corner. It was so spacious and comfortable! We didn't have any problems during our 4 nights here. Room was clean, spacious, had a DVD player, a small fridge, microwave, over looked a meadow of sorts behind the motel. The motel was right next to a cvs which was very convenient when I got a cold on our 3rd day. Down the road are countless stores and restaurants which make up for the convenience store like pastries that are given out for breakfast! There are security cameras overlooking the hotel doors and of vehicles coming in the parking lot. Overall I'm not sure why it was only given two stars. If we ever make another trip down, this motel will be at the top of our list!

Nice rooms and quiet place

Room was clean and very spacious. Had everything you need for your stay. No coffee maker in room but there is coffee, muffins and fruit at the office.
