Location and parking Dirty floors, dirty restrooms, nasty smell, and roaches

Good location, I'm between apartments and stayed here. The guy gave me a break on a room without a fridge or microwave. I rebooked through the website to include the fridge and microwave and was given the same room for three days. It's the only reason I moved. See above

Nice clean room with a great hot shower. Great heater during the cold.

there were roaches in my hotel room , holes in the walls and the staff was very unprofessional, it was 10:58 and I was getting dressed to leave out at 11 and the lady that works in the front came in my room to tell me it?s time to check out

Close and convenient 1st room had roaches ants going in and out underneath the door 2nd room had a pan of water inter the air conditioning window unit full of gnats and roaches

The staff is very rude and talks with a demanding/agressive tone. You’d think I book at a motel 6. This was awful

The staff and front desk lady were nice. There was a bit of a misunderstanding/mix up on how many adults could stay in the room I booked which was a mistake on their end but were able to accommodate me in a way. I will say the cleaning part can improve and bedsheets need an upgrade. I was under the impression that they are under new management and renovation so they are possibly still working on improvements. Since there is no smoking policy, the rooms are basically penetrated with the smell and that was something I struggled with when I would go back to the room and get some rest after a long day.

The only thing I liked about it was the area Well I was given 213 which the toilet wasn't working properly, so I called to the front desk and he gave me another room which was I think 110 or 108 which had burn spots on the bedding, the toilet BARELY flushed, people made so much noise until 4am and I didn't call back to the office to get moved because we were already tired and just wanted to rest but didn't expect to go through what we went through for $66 and wasn't too comfortable then barely got 4 or maybe 5 hours of sleep. I feel as though I should get reimbursed or room credit for a better room worth paying full price for

Location. Staff. They are rude. They are not personable at all. They have very short tempers and quick to snap. They will gladly take your money. And not have your room. And then no refunds. They were great. Now their new staff is AWFUL. And pretty sure she is a child herself. ? I booked a room online DAYS in ADVANCE... i even called and asked for a KING SMOKING. They said they confirmed it. BUT They didn't have a king room when I arrived. Not even a non smoking king room. They refuse to refund me.... The front desk lady threw my ID at me when I asked for it back. I was speaking to her boss on the phone. So guess what I did. Yup. I tossed the phone right back at her. Am I wrong? Sure. But she is even worse, in my opinion. She's the face of the company. The facilities have gone down a lot. Their rugs are shredded in almost every room. The top bed cover is almost ALWAYS dirty. They don't wash every time. They just put it back on. They have burn marks on their beds and sheets. Don't care to replace. They have dirty floors. The cleaning ladies clearly don't mop. They don't clean the walls. They always have gross stuff on them. There are always sketchy looking people hanging around outside. Sitting on the stairs blocking your way to your room. Sitting out in the parking lot just watching. It's creepy. This was a BLESSING that they didn't let me stay. However, I want my money back. Since I DIDN'T get the room, I BOOKED days in advance. AND called to.confirm it. Absolutely ridiculous.
