Very good location, nice room, comfortable bed. Good rooftop bar and swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant at hotel. Bathroom small with some water damage.

Good location Floors were dirty with trash, debris, and hair from the previous guest. Bugs crawling on floor. Wifi did not work the first day for me and several others. Key card had issues for me and other guests. Stains on my sheets.

location is very good. The window of the room faces the elevator and inner backyard and veranda on ground floor.. Noise and loud taking of customer from that veranda after 0:00 and endless cigarrett smoke that forced us to keep window closed.

Central location close to some key sights but also a nice quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are well appointed but aren’t very big considering the grade we opted for and price.

The woman at the front desk was nice and helpful. The location is good and close to lots of tourist attractions without being in the middle of it all. The men at the front desk were not helpful and treated my questions as impositions. The room was small and dark and certainly not worth the price we paid for it. The cleaning of the room was just so so.

The location is pleasant and safe, and great for visiting famous architectural sites. The hotel was helpful in my transition from a tour group stay to independent booking.

Excellent helpful staff especially Valentina. Room small and too simplistic.Overpriced. Why have a moveable mirror no where near the main mirror Also why is hand soap so far from sink? Bathroom needs some redesign.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place. The rooms were a bit on the warm side. We stayed here during a seasonal transition so air con was not turned on yet.

The room was tiny. The room was very hot and stuffy and did not have working AC. When asked the main desk about the AC they said someone would come. No one came. Called front desk back and they told us to deal with it and open the window. They said the hotel does not have AC at this time of year. There was only one window/balcony in the room which looked right into the hotel hallway glass windows/elevators so if our window was open everyone would see right into our room.

The room was for smokers, it smells a bit, but after opening the window and a bit fresh air, it was ok.
