Loved everything. The stars were the staff - Abdel and John were great - so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious. Excellent location. Lovely breakfast. The use of the gym and sauna was great! Air conditioning could have been higher but it was fine

Location is fantastic, the pool area is very relaxing and staff were friendly The room was so noisy. All day and night- it’s like they have paper thin walls and you hear everything happening (very loudly)

The location was nice, the service was excellent also. The rooms were well equipped. We had an incident where some people were being loud and it was dealt with swiftly. The Main problem with this hotel is that there is no insulation, you hear every sound from neighbouring rooms (up, down, left and right) & the hallway which made it very difficult to have a good night sleep. Also, the Air conditioning has a mind of its own. One day its humid, one day its very cold and then its good for half a day even though i never touched the thermostat. Finally, on my first day some of the towels were dirty, i got them to change it as soon as possible without any issues.

Fabulous all round..Superb location, wonderful terrace and v comfy beds. Very accommodating booking process. One of the receptionists needed a strong lesson in positive customer management.

room was bigger than we anticipated, breakfast was outstanding, front desk clerks were very helpful, particularly Adrian. (I think that was his name) The entry door was very difficult to get open and keep open to bring in our luggage.

Everything was neat and clean. Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet at night. Good Breakfast included in our rate. Rooftop bar and pool was well laid out, All staff was very friendly. Prices for beer and wine were very reasonable. We would definitely stay at this property again
