The stuff are friendly all of them, thanks also to marta , Hostel is clean, most positive thing is location near to everything Honestly with that price all good, would be pregerable if a bit lower in price

The only time I meet anyone working there he was great. Wish he was there when I had an issue. Mold on the mattress and bent mattress frame. Management saying I needed to let them know but anyone changing sheets would know. They flipped the mattress because of the stain so they knew.

I could hear absolutely everything from the corridors. anyone walking by, the snores from the next room, etc. I know this was a hostel like experience but I had a single room, I was expecting a bit of more quietness and I got the hostel sharing room experience anyway, so I did not like that. not an issue with the place itself, it was not up to my expectation.

Sign in was super easy, staff get an 11/10. Walls are a little thin so you can hear your neighbors, but everything quieted down when it was quiet hours so it worked fine.

There were problems with hot water (we had a private bathroom), the only window was opened in an interiour courtyard (kind of) and it always smelled bad, there was no way to have fresh air in the room, it was always smoke, or bad odors from the bathrooms. There is absolutely no storage for anything (clothes, bathroom items or anything else)

We stayed in a private room at this hostel. It was perfectly sufficient for two people. One of the highlights for us was the security. We initially had some concerns, but it turned out to be very good. There were cameras at the entrance, and we also appreciated having a camera near our room, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is just one small point we would like to mention. There were only three hangers available for clothes, and the hanging space itself was quite limited. It’s a minor detail, but something that could easily be improved. We hope this can be considered for future guests.

The neighbourhood was excellents, near the metro, Placa Catalunya, good food around. The pressure in the 1st floor showerr could’ve been better.

The price was good, the shared ammenities (in my opinion) suprisingly clean, the room was larger than expected (also clean) and the bed quite comfy. Earplugs were provided I'm a light sleeper and you hear the next room and the hallway (opening doors, talking, ...). It was fine with earplugs, during my stay there I didn't hear anything excessively loud (such as loud music).

The female employee at reception was very friendly. The shared bathroom was not always clean specifically in the afternoon. The checkout hour is too early for 10:00 am.

The floors and facilities were not clean. Our room was sticky from the humidity and hot throughout the day and night because the air conditioner did not work. The room also had a smell to it and leaving the window open did not get rid of the smell. The street it is on is very loud until late into the night and early morning.

Location - it is in the center - not the best street (in term of cleanliness) I was disappointed with my stay. The photos of the room were quite misleading — in reality, it looked much older and less comfortable. It didn’t meet my expectations based on what was shown online. However, the location is good; it’s in the city center and close to everything.

Shared facilities were clean. It could get a little loud at night as the hostel is located in a busy neighborhood
