Calma House

Small, claustrophobic room with no air flow, with no AC and no private showers snd toilets, Not a value for the price offered… but its better than shared room First two nights I didn’t have a way to turn on the ceiling fan..

Locations and clean Really noisy I guess that is because the location, moldy smell and the shower head not staying up

It is located in gothic city, direct next to the Reial Square. So sometimes it’s a little bit loud, for me it was okay. I got a room with balcony, the view was nothing with a wall of next building. But you can enjoy there chips and beer (oder Jamon and Wein). The Fan on the ceiling operate really well. And the bed was also comfortable. In the room there is a sink. It was so practical. There’s clean water to drink and free coffee and muffins, that everyone can take freely. It was awesome. During my visit, the front door of this hotel was in construction. But I had no problem with staying and there’s no noise actually. Just seemed not pretty. Haha. There’s only one bathroom for shower. I‘ve never waited for it luckily, however someone should do maybe. There was conditioner for shower, if your hair is however not that soft like me, it might be better, wenn you bring your own. ?

Location The object has small rooms that are not soundly insulated. The bathroom is dirty. The bed is very dirty. The host is unkind and charges additional money without issuing receipt. Simply said - "Pay more or go out and sleep on the street."

Clean and decent accommodation in the city centre of Barcelona, just right next to Plaza Real. It was very quiet and silent and the room was very big. Good value for money. The mattress was a bit soft, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I prefer a hard and firm mattress

Loved the Room space and location of the place considering I was close to a metro station, it was ok for a solo stay. Loved the sink inside the room The room was not nice as it had no aeration, it was stuffy as there were no windows. Bathroom was flooding, shower was broke, did not shower the last day

I liked that the La Calms is old and that the neighborhood has a lot of history. The staff is nice and helpful ♥️ Very thin walls, you will hear your neighbor like never before.
