Very good location. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very polite and kind. It’s not that I did not like, but the menu of restaurant could have few more options - kind of pasta, lasanha (basic easy options) - specially for the kids

The location is definitely great, we did everything walking basically. The window does not block the noise coming from outside, the fact it’s so well located, there is a lot of noise coming from the main avenue, specially on the weekends with so many bars around. We noticed our window was not locking properly, so a lot of noise was coming in, making it hard to fall asleep.

The sunny terrace is amazing. Breakfast was very good too. The location of the hotel is a big plus, in the best part of Diagonale. The rooms and the corridors were dusty. It showed a lack of attention to cleanliness. And as if the place is old and not well maintained. The rooms were relatively small.

Rooms are a bit tired and small things missing. Good soap, coffee machine, rooms are not well lit.

I liked that it was clean, safe, a quiet - great stay with Vincci Mae - great shower, comfortable bed. AC was great but it turns off by itself when the room reaches the temperature it’s set on. After showering the room turns into a steam room ?

The location of the place was excellent, was about a 35/40 min walk to main landmarks, central to stores, about a 20 min walk to Quadrat D’or and many food places. The staff was very helpful and friendly and available 24/7. The room was nice and comfortable. On arrival, the floor wasn’t thorough cleaned, dust on the floor and corners, the terrace had a loose wood panel on the floor, the terrace was under the rooftop area so constantly had cigarettes, nuts, or miscellaneous things on the terrace. We asked for an iron or steamer 3x within a 28hr period and it never came to the room. We asked for room service cleaning to be done day 5 but the same sheets were used and we never got any new ones and the floor still had dust and lint and wasn’t cleaned properly. The curtains were dirty. There wasn’t an ice machine on the property so we had to go to the rooftop bar to get a bucket of ice and there wasn’t any fridge in the room so was not able to have our waters kept cold for our stay. We expected more for the amount that we paid for the room.

The service was great The view from the room was awful, I would even call it a view , I expected a nice window and to see the city , it opened up to a lightless back alley with a scary drop, so no natural day light which was a shame as its a very nice hotel apart from that.

Location, Design, Staff Making the bed and changing the towels were not done after many times of demand. Iron was asked but it was never deliver to the room.

Wonderful staff, from the front desk to the terrace restaurant, and especially the efficient and thorough cleaning crew. Excellent bed, accessible and large shower with great water pressure. Terrace is beautiful and the food and drinks are well priced and prepared. Great location, far from touristy historic area, and closer to residential neighborhood. Nothing!

Location is absolutely amazing! So close to great restaurants, sightseeing, shopping. Located in a very walkable and safe area! Beautiful view from the rooftop as well. The staff were amazing, and made necessary accommodations for me! The facilities are dated, especially lower grade rooms. And there is some weird smell in there as well. Also, minor thing - could not connect to YouTube or any other TV services, which is somewhat a necessity for 2025.
