The Buba House - Hostel

Cleaning once a day for a bathroom shared by 16 people is not enough.

The room was very noisy cause of the window, it wasn't open but you could hear the cars late at night and early in the morning. Oh and the beds were kind of old but it was value for money.

Buba house markets itself as an intimate, cozy, boutique hotel experience, but my personal experience was far from comfortable. The venue more closely resembles an airbnb or apartment rather than a hostel. There is only two showers and two toilets offered for the entire space, and one of the latches to close one of the shower doors is broken. The walls in the apartment are incredibly thin, and I was able to hear other guests vomiting in the bathroom down the hall for the entirety of my first night. While extremely convenient to be given codes to access rooms and lockers, putting in the combinations was very noisey, which was annoying to hear when other guests were moving around late at night. Could have just been unlucky, but most of those who I shared my room with were incredibly rude, turning on main lights in the early morning, talking on the phone at all hours, and overall just not being respectful of the shared bedroom space. Really would not recommend staying here and was tremendously disappointed by Buba House.

The location is good In your room we found a Cockroach, and your room was very warm

No air conditioning and only a fan which was not enough for us. Quite a noisy area even with the windows closed. We were in a private room which was very basic. The shared bathroom doors were very noisy so you will wake up to them.

The room was small

the staff was amazing, very nice, friendly, always ready to help and also patient (we were late for check out) the kitchen was clean and tidy, it has what you need to cook and made us save a lot of money the bathroom also was very clean the room was okay, we could not expect more than that, we could comfortably let our cabin luggages open on the floor and leave some stuff on the shelves, the little desk or the bed side table we also had a fan but never used it the position is really good: we were able to vist the city by foot and not spend any money on trasportation the elevator is not very comfortable because it's small and old but to do only 2 floors it isn't necessary

the beds themselves were a bit dirty but sheets were clean

The door handles seemed broken, both for the dorm and the bathroom. There was a portable air conditioner in the room set to a low temperature, but the room was still pretty warm and not very much airflow.

The position was perfect, there was air-conditioning in the room, the beds were comfortable, there is a plug next to the bed, no need for a locker. The "night table" is very small, not even enough room for a book, the aeration in the bathroom is bad, it was difficult to breathe.

Location is very good, stuff very good and friendly, the shared kitchen and shared bathroom were very clean No AC in the rooms

The room ventilation was connected to the window, so we couldn't close the window, it was open all night, and there was a lot of noise coming from outside.

It can get quite noisy during the night as it's in a central location

The room space is enough. Location is great need to climb the ladder. Near the street, it is a little noisy.

Friendly staff, comfy beds, very respectful mates, clean, free coffee/ tea, best location !!

Super friendly hostel. Loved the reception, kitchen area, with free tea and coffee. We had a double room on the third floor which was great value. Shared showers and toilets were very clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming which we appreciated.
