The location of hotel The beds was very uncomfortable and there was no option to change option. Apart from this I did like the hotel,overall.

The location is perfect for sight seeing. Just around the corner from attractions, shops and restaurants. The staff are so helpful and attentive. The beds were really comfortable and had everything you needed in the room. Breakfast is sensible times for the early risers and the not so early. Included cereals, pastries and cakes, salads, fruit, yoghurt and scrambled egg, sausages, bacon etc (not a full English breakfast) but enough of everything for choice. The tv was set very quiet in the room so much so we couldnt really hear it. Im sure if we mentioned it they could have sorted as were very helpful.

Good clean hotel in a great location and superb breakfast. Nothing. Room maybe a slighty noisy from hotel sounds. Eg doors closing, plumbing etc but nothing really bad.

Poor sound insulation between rooms I left an item and some brochures in the room, but the cleaning staff said they are not there.

We always stayed there because it is centrally located and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very good and helpful The AC was not working properly in our room ,we were there for three days the first night we stayed in the room but the AC was not cooling , we ended up getting a fan from the front desk staff which was helpful

We like the location very much. However the room might have additional comfort. But the house keeping is very good. The've cleaned our room every day. Therefore it is a good experience for us to stay here. We evaluated the the decoration as getting old, especially the curtains. Even though the windows doors giving isolation the room still had the noise of the street. The wardrobe was also small for us.

Amazing location! Pretty much everything you want to see or do is within walking distance. Food, bank, gelato, Sagrada Familia. Staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and sufficient for what we needed. The morning breakfast was worth the price. Overall a great value. The pillows were pretty flat, but some people prefer that.
