The staff was outstanding. They were extremely helpful, cheerful and accommodating. The breakfast and food in general was terrific...not gourmet... just delicious. The hotel was clean with very comfortable beds and the location was superb. I didn't like the slippery floor in the bathroom. It seemed to be designed to cause an a accident. In fact, my husband did fall. Dangerous. The decor in the lobby needs an upgrade .

While the room and the hotel itself were perfectly fine, the customer service after my stay has been extremely disappointing. It took one week and four follow-up emails, and I still have not received what I originally requested. It is honestly shameful that for such a simple, standard invoice request, the post-stay service can be so complicated and inefficient. Throughout the process, I was given inconsistent information, my name was misspelled in every email, and a manager who was supposed to assist me never followed up. Overall, the post-stay service is far below acceptable standards and has seriously impacted my overall experience.

Very quiet and beautiful place The way I was treated during check out all because that there was a miss communication between the restaurant and the front desk. I have paid a bill from the restaurant which was also charged again in my room. The gentleman that assisted in the restaurant for some reason did not understand that and kept me waiting for two hour…
