it’s clean, always crowded and there is always someone on the desk to help you. they charged extra for luggage drop the last day and you need to get a key lock for the lockers if u wanna use it.

The location was wonderful - near the historic walking areas and super close to the metro. The showers were updated and clean and the bed was decently comfy. The staff wasn't very friendly. It would have been nice to have benches outside the lockers so I didn't have to put my luggage on the floor to repack it.

I liked the location of the hostel and the fact that it had an elevator , other than that it was the worst Hostel I have ever been in after travelling for over 20 years .the other two attendants were top notch employees Rafts a polish gentleman was so accommodating and had one of those personalities of someone who you felt like you’ve known all your life And Ivan I believe was other guys name went over and above to assist me with printed directions of places I was going and a lot of more great advice for my stay in the city . Well I will start by saying I was very dissappointed With the hostel from the moment I got there , I was only checking in and the check in guy I believe his name was Mark had a personality that reminded me of a dead frog with traits of an ice cube melting away .. He gave no information whatsoever other than give me your identification and here Is your key . Told me nothing at all about hostel seemed like life really sucks for him and he takes his personal life to work . If I owned a hostel like that I wouldn’t even let him peek in the window worst Check in person I’ve ever encountered i over 30 countries The lockers are in hallway outside room and old metal ones falling apart Most doors in lockers don’t close , you can put a small lock of your own on them and still reach hand into lockers with door closed . The bed was ok the kitchen is about the size of a small pantry in the smallest studio apartment Can barely fit 3 people in it . Showers only have hand held attachment no over head at all . Furthermore site states rooms are air conditioned That’s another lie no air conditioning in them at all . Avoid this hostel like the plague ., I’d rather sleep in a refrigerator box on the beach than return there .
