The people at the front desk were so helpful and quick to answer questions, arrange a taxi, and provide recommendations. They were very friendly and welcoming. That and the quality of the room were definitely highlights of the trip. It felt super safe as you had to scan through 2 doors on your floor to get to your room. One for the door to your hallway and another time for the door to your room. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower was super nice as well. Another huge plus was the breakfast buffet in the morning. The hours were convenient and the variety of the food was great. They had a lot of options for food, so I tried something new each day during my stay. The location is great, too. Easily accessible via public transportation, and it is located in a beautiful neighborhood. This is not the fault of the hotel or anyone, but there were multiple times I could hear a baby cry coming from another room on my floor. That is what babies do, so I am understanding of that.

Staff friendly and made our stay to be comfortable We had an old room with the bathroom no fan. The balcony was great to sit and get the fresh air.

The best was the proximity to the city. It was a nice hotel, and easily walkable even for a single female traveller. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Some staff were nice, and others were far less helpful and considerate. My travels were in a period before they turned on the AC, and they didn’t tell me until after I sweated through one night without much air. Communication on this in advance, would’ve helped.
