Location and staff were excellent The water cut offs in the morning without us knowing its started with no cold water after first night spent in hotel. And the 2nd night no water at all in the morning again without notifying any guests I had go down and ask they mentioned on all the hotel. The hotel was good stay but other than water and weak AC the hotel can be improved with a few health checks.

My room had a weird "off-milk" smell which I reported to the front desk...they said they were at capacity and not much they could do. They advised they would look at it the following day but they didn't bother. The smell didn't get any better after 5 days. For a queer hotel there were quite a few hetero couples there. At what point does a queer hotel not become queer if there are more straight people?

Excellent service from helpful staff. A modern hotel, comfortable and clean. Not much to dislike. It is primarily aimed at the LGBT community but don't let that put you off. Plenty of 'straight' guests too. Sometimes a bit noisy at night but didn't really bother us.

The property is located in a fabulous area of Barcelona and the team are welcoming and very friendly. The hotel feels a little tired, especially on the rooftop and lobby.

Convenient location and lucky to get a corner room overlooking the park/garden with mini-balcony and windows that opened. Fully stocked mini-bar Multi-lingual front desk staff TV news channels in English selectable “not available”. No Tissues or free mineral water ( or signs to say tap water was drinkable ). If staying several days seems housekeeping waits till end of their duty to service/clean room. Front desk do offer to “prioritise” on request.

Staff were impeccable, reception, housekeeping, breakfast room and roof top bar, all engaged with you smiling and couldn't do enough for you.

Great location, few steps to the Metro, lots of restaurants near, even specialty coffee around the corner. Very clean and tidy rooms, friendly stuff, pool and sauna on the roof as bonus. Perfect communication.
