Incredible location, great service and pretty good facilities. From the welcome message to the local chocolate welcoming us on the first day to coffees sent to the room every day, to literally being the best located hotels. That you had to tap your card to open the door. I don’t know why it’s there. But not much to complain about. Had a great stay.

The location is the best thing, staff were good too The hotel was very noisy with loud voices of guests which i believe should be reminded of keeping their voices low in consideration of other guests The furniture seemed to need some maintenance

That they didn’t have a curtains that can block the outside lights, and there was noises from outside like generates, couldn’t sleep well because of the noises and the sunlights in the morning and the lights of other neighborhood lighting up all night, and there is no clothes hangers which makes it hard to hang anything in the bathroom or inside the room, beside the closet, the room is too small bed side too small hardly fit a mobile.

The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout my visit. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transport options within walking distance, making it easy to get around without needing a car. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Their positive attitude and attention to guests made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

Very central location, so close to everything. Nice and helpful staff. Free water and cookies in the lobby. Room was fine. The walls are so so thin, you can hear noise from the next rooms - we had a lot of noisy kids and families next to us and they kept up the noise, yelling and carrying on till after midnight frequently, was not great.

Location was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Do not stay at 7th floor. The elevator noise is very disturbing. We changed our room. The staff was helpful and changed our room.

Loved the location!! Incredible!! And the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Very welcoming and they also were able to get me a room on the fly when I got stranded for a day because of a canceled flight. They are fantastic Nothing!

Room was clean. Understanding the biggest appeal is that it is in Las Ramblas, we would like to have been off the Main Street. It was our lack of knowledge of the area

Really enjoy this hotel. Love the location, the atmosphere and the rooms. Rooftop bar needs a sign on the floor regarding uneven floor.
