Hotel Jazz

The location is very good, super close to the subway system. The facilities were incredible for a 3 star hotel. I really appreciated that everything was clean and you could see the staff tirelessly doing their job. Everything was great. They gave a pool on the rooftop and they offer towels as well. As an improvement only, maybe offer more options for pillows. There was no aspect to dislike.

convenient location, walking distance to the bus. relatively new, clean, a pool on the roof top with the city view. Everything in the room had a price tag, including water bottles. The room wasn't big, about average for European standard. The staff wasn't as warm or welcoming. A fire alarm was triggered in the hallway. When we walked out of our room, the staff who walked by us and didn't say anything. Maybe it was just because of culture or language barrier?

Some rumbling from the metro, but not bad.

The location is unbeatable - close to La Rambla, Placa de Catalunya and metro stations. The room was spacious and very well appointed and the staff was friendly and efficient. I have no complaints

I would not get the breakfast Not good I like the property

Very modern building. Easy check in and they gave us complementary early checkin which was awesome. The beds were a bit too firm. They did use very strong Gardenia scent throughout the property especially in the lobby. You could see it streaming out of the machine by the luggage ramp. I asked them to not use the scent in our room as it was so strong it was nauseating and gave me a headache. They didn’t use after my request but We opened the window after a shower as a mildewy odour would be there but dissipated after window was open.

Central location. Easy walkable access to Resturants, shopping, Metro, and many sites. Room was spacious and service was perfect. There was an intermittent pipe odor in the bathroom. Forced us to have to close the door to the bathroom to avoid the unpleasant smell.

Location, cleanliness I asked for a late checkout at 12.30pm (normal time is 12pm). The front desk guy said he is ok with that. We went out and came back at 12.05pm to find out that our room keys were disabled. We had to request the front desk to enable the keys.

Very good

Novel and clean, this hotel was very comfortable. The staff was helpful, the room was convenient. I liked the rooftop pool, although I didn't go swimming. The location is great, close to both tourist attractions and stores. Not too much variety in the rooftop bar

Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona, just a short walk from La Rambla and Plaça de Catalunya. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, a very comfortable bed, and a high standard of service throughout the property. The staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, are professional, friendly, and helpful.
