Great Location for the Football stadium and easy to get around - Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a little dated and needed updating - although it was a good sized room.

Near the UAB Parking was full all the time so I could not use the destination charger and had to park 500m away in a parking

The bar, reception, breakfast & spa were very good. My room was dated & the shower water leaked on to the floor which i had to clean up each morning. We thought we had paid for our breakfast but it turned out to be the city tax. If the receptionist had explained it properly and taken the payment for the breakfast at the same time then we would have known how much we had left for the holiday

Elegant and spacious hotel with several facilities. The room was spotless fully equipped with amenities. The room could be bigger for three persons. The location is not central so be prepared for commuting time.

Close to metro he hotel heavily promotes its spa facilities, yet nowhere is it clearly stated that spa access is not included in the room rate. Customer service was disappointing. Basic bathroom amenities such as a shower cap were missing, so I called reception. I was told one would be delivered, but after more than an hour and two phone calls, nothing arrived. The explanation that no staff were available after 23:00 was surprising for a hotel of this standard, and nobody followed up. Breakfast service was also poorly organized. After being seated by one employee, another interrupted my meal to tell me I was not allowed to sit at that table and should have waited to be seated. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned despite the housekeeping sign being left on the door all day and the cleaning personal was waking around whe I left the hotel at 12:00. When I returned in the evening, the room was untouched and the bathroom smelled unpleasant.
