Room was quite satisfactory, location right next to subway and WiFi was working fine. Reception took much longer than anticipated (20 minutes), only one desk working at a time.

Metro station was like 30 seconds from the room, perfect for what we needed No smart tv, would be a bonus to be able to enjoy some Netflix No fridge in room No slippers

It was in a perfect location coming from the airport as one can take a metro and get out right infront of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room mainly clean. The man checking us in at night was super friendly and helpful. The AC did not work the first time so it was bloody hot.

pretty nice hotel but I had some discount. everything was clean and if you want you can have room cleaned every day(i havent used it that much). if i needed something I just asked cleaning ladies which were helpful and gave me everything I needed. We had to leave in 3am so we used airport shuttle which was also very helpful. when I needed something from reception I just asked. AC was great. blackout curtains also helped me to sleep longer. metro station was right in front of entrance. spent one week in summer 2025 just small things. walls are probably thin and you can hear sometimes if someone is in hallway. I could not set AC to 20 degrees (only between 10 and 15). but none of these were big deal for us.

I stayed at the hotel in a double room with my co-worked when we were visiting UPC in Barcelona. The hotel exceeded our expectations: everything was well managed, starting from the airport transfer through check-in, the room itself (especially full every-day maintenance) to check-out. The hotel was well connected for our purposes thanks to the metro station right in front of the hotel door. In the very close vicinity (< 100 m) there is a supermarket, patisserie serving rich and affordable breakfasts, McDonald's/KFC and many bars, as well as the before mentioned metro station which will take you to the UPC, city centre and directly to the airport. The hotel is be a noisy street, but you can close the windows which are sound proof, and start the AC to accommodate the indoor temperature to the current conditions. The beds are on one hand light and move easily, and on the other hand quite hard, which may become an issue for a long stay.

Car service was excellent. Taxi dropped me off at the correct address, but I had to walk around to the front to check in and get the key card, and then walk around the block again. It is confusing.
