Leaving and never going back as it’s completely overrated and without the Marriot name nobody would ever stay there.They never informed customers that their internet was going to be down for 2 days and that the hotel does not have proper parking facilities. No internet for 2 days .Just excuses and lies.Also beware of leaving your car with valet as they damaged my Lamborghini and then tried to deny it .After endless emails they said I should get my insurance company to contact theirs.Never took responsibility for anything and management always had excuses.Definitely not a 5 star hotel .Many better hotels in Barcelona and Marriot would do well to remove there name from Cotton House as this is just a big scam.

The location, the room, the terrace We had a spider in our bed and they only said they were sorry. I would expect a better gesture other than ‘sorry’ for a luxury hotel. Also the service at the breakfast was very slow.

Buffet breakfast was beyond, excellent! People in SPAIN are not very friendly. I would never go back, again.

Great location Very beautiful hotel Friendly staff Coffee machine in the room :) Water station on each floor with a bottle to use Breakfast was limited in terms of options. €200 euro per night breakage fee held on your card (would be nice to mention in the confirmation/policies section of bookings.com)

Good evening! It’s beautiful place downstairs. Very difficult check in desk with a lot of difficulty. Check in take 45 min , Stuff is not ready for work .
