The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful with guiding me as a tourist. The location was good, close to a subway station but not quite central to Barcelona. The room and facilities were clean. The pool was clean. The AC worked really well. Breakfast had standard options but were quite tasty. My room was located on the 4th floor facing the street and the street was extremely noisy so that kept me up at night. The bed and pillows were also not that comfortable which was disappointing considering it's a 4-star hotel. Instead of curtains, the bathtub had glass that covered only half the tub which inevitably led to water spilling onto the floor.

The hotel location was great, rooms were clean, the staff were very helpful and professional. The hotel is a bit pricey it is a nice hotel and easy to move around and has a couple of convenience store and stores to shop from. Not much exactly, its not really a fancy hotel but the price point is quite high, i guess because of the accessibility, otherwise everything was great.

The location is one of the best features of this hotel. You can travel to anywhere very easily on the bus or through any method of transport. In addition it's extremely close to the Train Station.

Location Bed is so noisy, just turning on ur bed or waking up to go toilet make squeaky sound and wakes my husband. I am unlucky, bummed into some music festival week i think, hotel rates is 250 euro a night, usually it is way cheaper.

Great location close to metro and lots of nice places to eat. The roof pool was great for relaxing when done with activities. The bed was exceptionally comfy fir both of us....and it's rare we agree!. Filtered water on every floor was a nice touch. There was nothing not to like
