Location, clean, free water always available (never change that, please!) The price is expensive, as all Barcelona.

There are a lot of echo in the room and you can hear all the things in others rooms

Excellent! Nice personal, they asked daily if a room needs to be cleaned. They are very helpful. There is a fridge, water, tea, coffee. Convenient location just 1-2 minutes to subway. Highly recommend

Perfect location

This was the most affordable private room I could find in Barcelona and I would say great value for money. Staff was welcoming and friendly, comfortable bed, quiet, easy access to metro, safe area, tea/coffee/water offered all day, and the property was either always clean or being cleaned. Highly recommend and would come back!

We only spent a night here, but it was great value in a good location.

There were no trash cans inside the rooms but other than that everything perfect

One bathroom for an entire floor - at least 20 rooms Had to wait outside for almost 30 minutes because nobody was on duty to let me in

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and reliable. I loved that they had a coffee and tea stand in the common area. The room was very clean and comfortable with a private bathroom. It is located around 30 mins walk to the city centre but the area we had to walk through to get there felt a little bit unsafe.

Cleanliness of our room and all of the facility. Our bathroom was very small only one person at a time and even a small person had problems getting into the shower or trying to retrieve the soap if it should fall in the shower without opening the shower doors to bend over. There was a burned out lightbulb beside the bed that never was replaced when told on our first day. The lower shelf in the closet was broken and wasn’t able to hold anything on it. When we walked out to the street, we were met with homeless people sleeping next to the door.

Great value, very safe and clean. Very friendly staff. It’s like living in a home so yes you can hear through the walls but that’s to be expected! I was very comfortable and really appreciate the air conditioning and the refrigerator/kitchen access. Very walkable location!

Everything was great. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.

The location was great for exploring Barcelona! It was worth the other stuff just for that! Ok, so I am disabled and stairs are not my friend. There is a big flight of slippery steps to get up there. In both rooms we had (2 nights before a cruise and 1 night after) there are weird steps in the bathrooms and shower. My husband (not disabled and early 40’s) said it was pretty dangerous for anyone much less me. It was a very strange set up.

There was too much noise from the road at night hard to sleep. There was chemical smell in the closet couldn't use it for fear of smelly clothes. Space was too tight.
