The staff is not cooperative, and they don't have the parking. Parking is own by other company and it's a little far from hotel. And also the hotel location is not friendly for families. room and the hotel are very clean, rom is beautiful and renovated, bathroom is very beautiful with a wonderful cascade-style shower. breakfast was great and there is a metro station in each corner of the hotel block. the staff is very nice and prestative. there was no free parking (they said all the spots were used), so we had to leave the car in a parking they have a partnership, that is 2 blocks away and if you pay directly to the hotel, it costs 24 euros for each 24h. This was the only drawback of this hotel in my opinion.

Location was central close to many attractions, staff was very helpful Rooms are very bare, not even drawers to store your stuff. Having an iron is standard in 99% hotels.ypu have to pay a deposit to use an iron!!Mind you the room rates are not low. Not even a coffee maker! I have never seen a hotel being so bare. Even in more expensive places like London, Toronto and Singapore hotels provide the basics. I would say if you can look for another hotel.

Convenient, well located and new. Friendly staff and complimentary water appreciated. None of the switches in the outdoor area were working, plus smoking wasn’t allowed anywhere... The pool terrace is pleasant but very small.

-the location is very good, once can get off/on aerobus two blocks away, also there is metro stop nearby and not to mention supermarkets - there is no coffee or tea maker at the room -shampoos provided are really bad, makes your hair feel like straw -the pillows are absolutely useless, your head just sink into it.
