Hotel Arconte, Adults only

The bed was really comfortable. The shower was great. The staff at the front desk / bar were so welcoming, lovely to chat with and extremely hospitable - honestly, they made up the stay for us. The location was perfect, super central but also super safe, elegant and calm - close to so many restaurants / cafes. It was really easy to get a cab, and also we walked just 10 minutes and we were at the main shopping street. The house keeping was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. I think it was very surface level cleans, and they would not remove / replace used mugs and cutlery - we had to place things outside the door for them to be removed from the room or replaced. For some reason, there was a lot of door slamming in the morning that you could hear (when we checked - it seemed to be house keeping going in and out) from neighboring rooms.

I have to say, the rain shower was one of the best I’ve ever used, especially with the option to switch between the soft and stronger modes. The bed was also soft and very comfortable, and we slept really well. The staff was also very helpful. Due to flight delay, we arrived at almost Midnight and they've helped us with checkin without any issue. Overall I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast choices were somewhat limited for the price charged so we only had 1 day breakfast at the hotel.

The property is modern and stylish. Very comfortable bed. Location is central. I like everything about the hotel. We asked for a quiet room, but our room is on the group floor and noisy, the noise was from the street outside.

Very comfortable bed and big enough room. Love the bathtub. The staff is very friendly. I love the mirrors in the room. The WIFI is some times not good in the room. The pillow is too soft for me.

Shower and WC were separated. The sink was in the hallway

Location was near many restaurants. The staff was amazing. The rooms were just what we needed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us schedule tours to Monserratt and told us where to go for good spots to eat. They even let us bring in bottles of wine into the property and gave us glasses.

Everything Booking

Hotel Arconte was in an excellent location. I love that it was adults only. The breakfast (especially the muffins) was wonderful. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. There is nothing that I didn’t like.

You hear doors opening or closing every time someone enters a room near yours. Breakfast buffet wasn´t the best

I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, the staff were efficient and professional. The staff were well knowledgeable and very accommodating. Room lighting could be a little brighter, but no problem.

Staff & location were excellent. The hotel was immaculate. Diego was sooo helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was adequate, not as great as other aspects of the hotel.
