Great location, polite staff, clean room. Room came well stocked with towels/soap/toilet paper/etc. We were comfortable for our stay. Someone in our group slept near the window & experienced additional outdoor noise at night. Not really any issue with the property, but wanted to mention that any light sleeper may was to avoid rooms with a bed against the window.

The place was clean and had everything we need and nice shower and very comfortable bed. The location isn't right downtown, but it's close enough to walk to everything. The room was pretty small, but that's probably to be expected in a big city

It is freat for families. Close to metro and center. Facilities are great.

It’s clean and central to most things like shopping, metro, and food :) It’s loud… it’s near a Popeyes and busy street. You can hear everything. People like to hang out by the side street. From our experience, people party till 3 am. Thin thin walls.

The bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The bedroom was large and beds were super comfortable. I don’t have anything that I didn’t like

Like the room and toilet very much. Huge TV with smart features so was great! Location was great, lots to do all around us and it was the middle point from pretty much everywhere you need to go. AC in the room was not working when brought up to reception they said it was closed due to the season but it was very hot in the room. Receptionist were not very friendly only last one before checkout was nice.

The room was large with very comfortable beds and room to move around. There were two suitcase stands, and ample space to hang things. The room was clean with newer features. The location of the hotel was good and near the metro. The bathroom was very small in our room, and at times an odor came up through the plumbing. We kept he drains closed, the fan on, and the door closed which helped a lot. There were no tissues/kleenex in the bathroom which I expected.

Nice room, very clean, large bathroom .The breakfast was spectacular! The location of the hotel close to the city center. I reccomend the hotel, it is whorty. There was nothing not to like!

I appreciated the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel and room. Everything was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like is not in the control of the hotel because it was the noise level at night. The street noise was so loud that I had trouble sleeping . Unfortunately my bed was near the window. Perhaps the third bed and be placed somewhere else in the room.

This was possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at! We spent the day outside exploring Barcelona and upon returning to the property, we saw BLOOD stains on our sheets. We went downstairs to complain and the manager (on the night of June 12, 2025) essentially told us that it’s not his job to deal with it and we have to change the sheets on our own. No empathy, no apology, nothing. While we were complaining — another guest came downstairs with the SAME complaint! Additionally - they don’t have AC from 11pm - 7am — not mentioned before booking! For the price point they charge, it was not worth it at all! A horrible, horrible experience.

NOTHING! This is possibly the worst hotels I have ever stayed at! We spent the day outside exploring Barcelona, and upon returning we saw BLOOD STAINED bedsheets. When we went downstairs to complain, the night manager on June 15, 2025 (attaching a photo of him) was unfazed and extremely rude. He said it’s not his job to deal with it and that we have to change the sheets ourselves. While we were downstairs complaining, another guest came down with the SAME COMPLAINT! Additionally, the WiFi doesn’t work and there’s no AC from 11pm — 7am! Which is not mentioned before booking. A horrible horrible experience. They have no business charging the prices they do!
