Jinky was helpful and provided useful information on how to get around Barcelona.

Very friendly staff, which made us nice fresh egg ham omelettes for breakfast whenever we wanted. Made sure the rooms were clean and made the stay comfortable. Easy paying and checking in/out.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is in the city centre and it is easy to get everywhere from the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice woman.

Mattress is so bad ? Not comfortable

The location is excellent and the receptionist was very helpful. The shower and bed was fit for purpose and the room was spacious. Unfortunately the rooms and facilities didn’t look like the pictures at all and it lacked comfort.

Accommodation was poor for the price. While location was good the facilities were very poor. I’ve seen bigger and better equipped prison cells. I wouldn’t recommend this place The way the property is advertised makes it appear there are more facilities available. Breakfast was very poor…..no cold milk for cereal, no English/Irish breakfast tea, instant coffee only

Staff very friendly, room was sparse, tired and tatty but clean. Location was superb. The room whilst clean was not as the picture on Booking.com Sparse, tired and tatty but functional. Had the image been as the room was, I wouldn’t have booked, however, location, cleanliness and staff helped.

Personally, I didn't like anything about the apartment! it was very dark inside, it made me depressed. The apartment does not match the photo on the website! very dirty walls! horrible smell.

The staff was very helpful and nice and the location of the accommodation has a good location - good to walk around on foot. The bed was comfortable The accommodation should have some work done, as it looks old. The pictures make the accommodation look better than it is.

It was a simple room, everything was clean, location was great. No frills, but breakfast in the morning was nice and staff was friendly and helpful. **Note when checking in you press the "Appartments" button at the address and they will buzz you in. Furnishings seemed a little random/disjointed and it was very paired back/basic which sometimes can feel a little off-putting.

Nothing The room looked like a prison cell and the host was atrocious

1. Good location. 2. Jinky was very pleasant and helpful. 1. No clear sign with the name of the apartment on it, it was very difficult to locate the place. 2. AC wasn't working. 3. One breakfast option. 4. The property number was actually different from the number booking.com has, this is why my calls were never answered! 5. I have requested a room with two single beds two months before my arrival, still the room wasn't ready upon our arrival.

It was clean. There was no sign of the hotel in the building or something stated about the hotel . The hotel was on the 2nd floor of the building and was very difficult to find as there was no bill board or something like that on the gate of the building. Needed locals help and about an hour to find it . Was trying to call but nobody was answering the phone And the staff was sleeping when we reached there. It was way overpriced as for the services given.

Only the location was good We waited outside for an hour no one answered the phone finally we ring all the bells we ask the neighbours and we find the lady with the keys ..

The receptionist Jinky was very accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we could not get in contact with them to let them know of the later check in time. There was no issue on our arrival and the room was in a spotless condition. The breakfast that was included was really good too. Simple eggs and ham with lots of bread, fruit and cereal options available. The air conditioning was a bonus and was quite powerful. The mattress is a bit firmer than Im used to, but for a few nights this was fine.
