it was pleasant, convenient to metro & Aerobus stops

Location of this place is amazing, 2 Metro lines very close to the hostel, one is 100m away and other one like 400-500m. Buses also going directly to the harbor from in front of the hostel. Room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but enough to get you through the morning. Our room was overlooking a very busy and noisy street, so we had to close the balcony doors in order to sleep. For us it was OK not affecting overall experience, but someone might not like it. In this case ask for the room on the other side of the building.

The location is great. It’s very central and easy to get almost anywhere. The staff was very responsive and were great about us checking in late at night. Instructions to get to the room were seamless! They were great about giving us new towels and any amenities we needed. Overall, I would say two stars is appropriate. Our rooms’ bathroom wasn’t dirty but it also wasn’t clean with surfaces not being wiped down. The AC unit was either on or off which made for some chilly nights. I appreciated how attentive the staff was to make our stay great!

Excellent bakery across the street Spacious room There was confusion about our bedding. Requested 2 twin beds at booking and check in but they put us in one double bed It was corrected the next day Hairdryer was not working

Everything was perfect! The location close to everything, comfy bed, quiet room with a balcony parkview, the cleanliness, the bread variety for breakfast was fresh and delicious with nice strong coffee! The staff went above and beyond, especially Raquel...what a superstar employee!! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

No breakfast but we knew that in advance. Brought our own coffee packets. Location was great - metro was within a block in one direction, about 2 blocks in the other. Staff was wonderful and very helpful answering questions. Oh, and loved the patio we had, one of the largest we’ve seen in years. We felt very safe and really enjoyed our stay. Only wish we had booked a few extra days here. We thought it was going to be noisy as kids were playing in the park outside, but once we closed the patio door, all sound disappeared. We slept very solidly all night! Great place - would recommend. The shower was raised and a bit scary when coming out of it - didn’t want to slip. We’re older folks and worry about things like that. ? Other than that, no complaints at all.

Everything was perfect – the location couldn’t be better and the staff were outstanding. Breakfast was a solid 10/10, and the room exceeded our expectations, even better than in the pictures. It was spotless, spacious, and the balcony was the cherry on top. If we go back to BCN, I will be booking here 100%

Staff is very friendly snd helpful. Room is cleaned daily and kept very clean. no common area to eat my own food in. However, since I stay in a room with a front yard area so it is actually much better and private.

Very comfortable room with a casual terrace. Really appreciated the twin Murphy bed so my daughter and I had separate sleeping areas. Cleaning service was exceptional and always prompt in the mornings. Right next to Metro Urgell station for easy movement.

Clean, smart room design, entry by keypad is very easy as you dont need to carry a key or card, location is good too Not exactly related to the property itself - balcony is actually pretty nice but it overlooks a park so there could be some noise due to kids playing

Clean and comfortable. It was a simple room with the basics but it was close to where we needed to go and the ac worked great. Great value for what we paid for.

It was very local and the rooms gave us all we needed. The staff was lovely and helpful and the location is optimal! sadly you can hear very well through the walls, so it was a bit loud sometimes.

Room was big and clean, bed was comfortable and had a sweet balcony facing the street. Also the location is great. It is a quiet noisy location so if the room is exterior you will hear the cars all the time.
