Location is fabulous, hotel infrastructure is excellent (though haven’t tried spa and pool as on short stay). Definitely recommended! Perhaps if I’m being picky some minor things are just not quite thought through (eg kettle in room, in order to use I had to move it to the other corner to find a plug, or cups at breakfast are at the table but not by the tea / coffee station). It would be a steal if spa / parking were included and not extras, but not an issue anyway

H10 Casanova’s location was ideal for our stay. We enjoyed walking and its location brought us to all the many sights in Barcelona. We enjoyed the rooftop to sit and relax. Especially in the morning or evenings. The breakfast was outstanding. The best we’ve had at any of our hotel stays. Delicious options for everyone. The coffee machine was efficient for any type of coffee chosen. Our beautiful room was a deluxe family room for our family of three. A very large bathroom with a smaller second 1/2 bathroom. The professional front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived after our cruise, our room was not ready, but our luggage was kept in a secured room. When we came back to the hotel a few hours later, we were told that our luggage was already brought to our room. Outstanding service! Everything exceeded our expectations

The property was in a perfect location. Super clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit smaller than what I had hoped but that’s ok because everything else made up for it. Thank you ! The breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got.

This is a beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. It would be nice if it was a few blocks closer to the shopping area or the Gothic quarters. The location could have been a little bit closer to all the sites

Good location and staff. There was no hot water the last day. No concession or accommodation was made for the lack of hot water.
